Crooked Judges Imprison Minors for Kickbacks in Expose about Pay-to-Play Scheme

The review by Kam Williams (below) is well written.  This critic is explaining the obvious, maddening chaos as the average bloke would see the “obvious” unfolding around the lives of the victims of these “crooked judges.”  Film critics like to look at and into films, so as to explore the depths of the production and the artwork as well as the compelling drama and how it might relate to the lives of the characters, and tangentially into the lives of it’s audience.  This credible critic is making a solid attempt at looking in from the outside, to see as the insiders would see it all turning to hell.  If only Kam Williams knew he was already inside before he ever even saw the film.

To me, as a writer, a researcher of law and history for thirty-nine years, and a life long student of the human psyche, I find myself as a critic and a reporter for the root causes of this type of tragedy, and more, especially when most of the horrors we as people face have things in common.  Throughout my lengthy career in the Aerospace-Defense world, making things work and work well, and often bending the laws of physics into new ways of manipulating that which God already accomplished, I became intimately aware with failure, and of course, failure analysis.

While in the process of dissecting the anatomy of failure, I’ve had occasion to find that some of the problems encountered while conducting these post-mortem examinations weren’t merely physical phenomenon, as they were opposing forces of nature.  Bear in mind, two key operative terms; “opposing forces” and “nature.” While in the hotbed of discovery…

…While in the hotbed of discovery, quite often, it’s almost surprising to find that there are hidden bits of fraud and related attempts to bury and hide them, the true sources of failure.  To repeat, the “opposing forces” of a very special type of “nature.”  Please don’t lose any energy thinking this portion of my narrative is about me, be cause it isn’t.  It’s about you comprehending me/critic so you can follow me comprehending Kam Williams/critic.  This will benefit those who love watching “nature” with people, and the “nature of the “beast.”  Love is all encompassing.

What is a “crooked Judge?”  This IS a loaded question.  Crooked on top of crooked seems unprofessional, but for what profession?  Honour among thieves?  You see?  All “Judges” are crooks.  You doubt such?  Dare not.  They’re enticing all Americans into slavery, what with their DEBT, and bankruptcy, and the Administration, thereof.  They act as the overlords toward the living man, whence they are not.

These Administrators are doing exactly as the “crooked Judges” do, but their werks are intended for sacrifice, for the Vatican Satanists.  These “crooked Judges” were skimming from the top to line their own pockets, in addition to their acts to line the pockets of their masters.  Remember Friday-the-13th.  This time, the evildoers that be sent out the ACLU. Posturing extraordinaire.  Imagine the B.A.R. housecleaning from the basement, up.

The Crown Temple B.A.R. is robbing all peoples, and imprisoning them, in the first place, but the Rogue Judges are taking a fall.  THINK!!!!  Are they double agent/double dippers?  Of course, not.  Nothing, but nothing is released to the population unless it’s done for concealment.  The Templars got caught.  This is controlled opposition.

All the Judges are taking over the stolen energy of the prisons, but the ones who take directly for themselves, are the enemies of the Vatican.  Do you follow?  They’re required to steal FOR the Vatican, not to steal FROM the Vatican.  The prisons are like safety deposit boxes for all the Estate Trusts, Cestui Que Vie Trusts, so the bloodsuckers, the Jesuits can eat your substance.  Never again trust Attorneys.  This is not “legal” advice.  This is law.  “LEGAL”  The undoing of God’s law.

Our babies are stolen and sacrificed for the betterment of the evildoers.  Please learn from this.  Help your neighbor.  “Whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers, that you do unto me.”

Anybody who needs a new reason to hate lawyers ought to check out this shocking documentary chronicling a pay-to-play scheme whereby a couple of crooked judges, Michael Conahan and Mark Ciavarella, Kids for Cash filmenriched themselves at the expense of adolescents unlucky enough to be arrested in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The evil pair’s plan involved first condemning the existing juvenile detention center owned by the county.

Next, they took millions of dollars in kickbacks from the private corporation hired to build and then run a larger facility. Furthermore, they secretly signed a contract with the company in which they agreed to continue to help the firm maximize profits by keeping the cells filled with juvenile delinquents.

They subsequently accepted additional checks for each child sent to the prison, most for long stretches of time and for the flimsiest of infractions. Punishment was meted out not only for antisocial behavior like cursing at a bus stop, making fun of the principal on a webpage, and fighting at school, but in cases where the accused was totally innocent, like the boy arrested for riding a stolen scooter that had inadvertently been purchased by his parents, and another arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia that had admittedly been planted by the local police.

These youthful offenders as young as 12 were generally denied their right to an attorney and so fared poorly in the kangaroo court, and far worse behind bars. It comes as no surprise that they often suffered from a combination of depression, anxiety, mood swings and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, even years after being paroled. Some would become trapped in the criminal justice system’s revolving door and eventually ended-up in an adult penitentiary.

All of the above is recounted in distressing detail in Kids for Ca$h, a heartbreaking expose directed by Robert May about two of the slimiest creeps to ever walk the Earth. Conahan and Ciavarella’s shady shenanigans finally came to light after the ACLU took up the cause of the falsely accused.

But the unrepentant jurists’ have never shown any remorse, with their stints in country club federal prisons amounting to a slap on the wrist, given the thousands of lives they’ve ruined. We can only pray that a special room in Hell has been reserved for these “scumbags,” as they were called on the steps of the courthouse by the grieving mother of one of their innocent victims who had committed suicide.
