A Government Over the Top: Para-Military Raids R Us

So when did We the People grant the Executive branch of this government and all its many departments and influences, or it’s Executive, Dictitorial powers? In modern usage, the term “Dictator” is generally used to describe a leader who holds and/or abuses an extraordinary amount of personal power, especially the power to make laws without effective restraint by a legislative assembly. Dictatorships are often characterised by some of the following traits: suspension of civil liberties; proclamation of a state of emergency; rule by decree; Not abiding by rule of law procedures etc …

More so every day those of us who rant about this governments practices mirroring the actions of a tyrannical police state are being proven right. The unconstitutional, para-military, gestapo style raids occurring in America by the Justice Department, the Criminal Investigation Division of the Internal Revenue Service, the TSA and Homeland Security are soaring in frequency, intensity and belligerence.

These raids involve individuals, business owners, private and non-profit organizations and more. This IS NOT about the guilt or innocence .. It is about abuse of power and the unconstitutional para-military tactics being used by these federal agencies. Many times the raids are warrant-less, or if a warrant is presented it is so vague as to afford the raiding party limitless power and authority over the operation/invasion.

The Constitution (which our president claims he adheres to steadfastly) guarantees us a writ of Habeas Corpus, or the right not to be detained. We are guaranteed the right to have counsel present when being questioned or as it would better be described interrogated. We are guaranteed our Miranda rights and so much more that is being knowingly and willingly ignored and abused by these agents.

These are the same people who if questioned or challenged over the legality of their actions, will stare you coldly in the face and blatantly state “I’m from the federal government so I can do anything”! The crux of the issue is … in America THEY CAN’T, or never used to be able to.

When we who rant about these issues state that this government has completely discounted the constitution and bill of rights as the legally binding organic law of this land, we used to receive major push back and disbelief, well even a blind man can see this today. The two pillars of rights in America are our right to property and privacy, but both are under extreme, continuous and soon to be fatal attack!

The states need to wake up and push back. They need to reclaim their sovereignty stated in our founding documents including the power of self determination over the federal government … basically they need to grow a pair of balls and quit kowtowing to the feds or risk loosing any control or authority they may still enjoy, and this starts with us … We The People … LIVE FREE or passively accept your subjugation !!!
