America Used Up and Betrayed, Part Two

Author’s note: The following is a consideration of our civil liberties, emphasis on the right to bear arms and the death of Habeas Corpus, with the hope of understanding our most dire situation with clarity. If we can see truth, we can see our future… a future we can create.

“And out of that hopeless attempt has come nearly all that we call human history—money, poverty, ambition, war, prostitution, classes, empires, slavery—the long terrible story of man trying to find something other than God which will make him happy.” ― C.S. Lewis, Mere Christianity

Hope springs eternal.

We have learned that a primary point of our second amendment right to bear arms was to give the common man a means of protecting himself from government tyranny. Okay, so we are afraid to lose this right. I see that… and I remember vividly the group of individuals, last year, who wanted to meet up in Washington DC and march on the Capital with loaded guns. They wanted to show their  solidarity against government intervention into our lives… and I still break out in a sweat thinking about it. At the time I saw the amazing possibilities of this action, and tried everything I could to stop it. It wasn’t that I disagreed, so much, but that I saw that it might play right into their hands. Fortunately, it was called off…

I saw that another staged event might have coincided with this, and all it would take would be one shot fired… and yes, that shot might have been heard around the world. I suggested that the Liberty movement take a step back, and play the “what if game”… What if someone, anyone, had actually opened fire into a group of police officers or Patriots. What would happen next? It would have been horrible, and set back our movement for possibly decades…

Both sides would return fire… and after the smoke cleared, they could use this display of force to propel their authority all the way to the final destruction of the second amendment, by incorporating martial law. They could and would use our loaded gun against us, and without a doubt this is being considered as you read this, by the RAND think tank.

Martial law.

Sure, our founders knew well the bitter taste of dictatorship and the oppression it promotes, and they tried to give us, their children, checks and balances that would limit the power of the executive branch. They drafted, with trembling hands, the Bill of Rights, and gave this sovereign land to the people… We the people were meant to be in control of our Republic based on law, and our founders went out of their way to discredit the assertion that they had created a Democracy. They knew it was a form of government that would never work, and had actually never existed. “A Republic sir, if you can keep it.” Keep it? How? When the vast majority of people can’t even tell you who the vice president is! What have we become? Well, it is nothing like our founding fathers envisioned… Tyranny is alive and well, sir, and rule of law has been subverted, usurped, by a top-heavy and heavy-handed government. A government so powerful, it can buy anything its heart desires, printing money out of thin air. That is power…

“Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves.” ― George Gordon Byron

Innocent?

Our founders supposedly gave us, by rule of law, individual rights, and a primary one was that each of us is to be considered innocent until proven guilty. If suspected of a crime, gathered suspicions and relevant information was to be submitted to a judge, and if found tenable and relevant, a warrant would be issued… And if so charged with a crime, they gave us a trial by jury, where the ultimate judgment was done by a selection of one’s peers… it was called habeas corpus. And all of it was designed to protect us from a domineering and tyrannical government. Well, you had better sit down, because all of IT IS GONE, all of it. Gone with the Patriot Act, the NDAA, and unconstitutional mandates, and only a very few know or care…

The primary role of government was to protect American liberty and the sovereignty of the people… and since 9-11, the biggest false-flag in the history of the world, instigated in the very lap of the most powerful and free nation ever to exist, …these fundamental rights have been dissolved. So, in the 4th of July march on Washington, what could a tyrannical government have done? Anything, anything at all. There is nothing stopping it from doing anything at all, but a few of us.

Again, the primary concept to understand here is that the Constitution was not put in place to protect us from the USSR, China, or terrorism, but from our own government. The whole point of the constitution was to limit their power. And yet, what do we see in Oklahoma but a big- brother Federal Government coming to the rescue with promises to fund rebuilding. It is so magnanimous! Thank you for stealing our money, printing more useless paper, and acting like it is yours to give. And people eat it up! That is not the roll of the Federal Government, that is the roll of local and State government, and the people. Yes, help is needed. God knows we needed help during Katrina, but the Federal Government should not be the source. Unfortunately, between 49 and 52 percent, depending on the statistical source, is dependent on the Federal Government for some kind of sustenance.  And most of them, I dare say, could care less it it is done against our founding principles… they just want a freebee.

What we have now, in a nutshell…

Habeas Corpus is rescinded. The President has given himself the power to jail indefinitely any American citizen without charges, without witnesses, without a public hearing, and never a trial. He, like a Chicago mobster, can have you tortured and killed.

This power was taken by both George Bush and Obama with only a handful of opposing voices, with the primary being Dr. Ron Paul, as both Congress and we the people went with the Progressive flow. And as tax-paid drones terrorize and ignore international law and national sovereignty without a declaration of war, the new mandates do not differentiate terrorism between America and the rest of the world. Those who are trying to understand the constitution, and wrest control from a few powerful elitists, are labeled terrorists. On July 4th, it would only take one shot to turn a Patriot into a terrorist…

Those very few who actually study history know that Obama has more control over the lives of ordinary Americans than King George ever did. He has more power that Louis the 14th! Louis had to pay for his wars, his presidential palaces, his vacations, his lavish state dinners, with much of nobility and Europe trying to keep him in check. Today, we pay for it at the point of a gun. A gun aimed at our lives, our morality, our fortunes, our liberty. Morality? Until just recently, because of the liberty movement, we were paying for over 3000 abortions every day in this so called Christian nation. The same Christian nation who ignores the evil of Leviticus, or Deuteronomy, and have displaced the word Agape’ with egocentric desire. A nation who has lost its moral compass, by the secular jackals who rewrite history, give us the propaganda of Core textbooks, a military industrial complex who makes money not only on both sides of war, but in the destruction and reconstruction as well… and as we wave our flag, and curse all those who seek revenge, we slaughter more black babies here in America by abortion, then are actually born…

Sick and tired…

I didn’t have the stomach to watch Barack Obama as he stood at the West Front of our beloved capital on January 20, 2009, but tens of millions of people all over the world did. He put his left hand on a Christian Bible with his right hand held aloft and swore to God and country to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. What he should have done was immediately resend the Patriot Act that George Bush rammed down our throats in the wake of 9-11, but instead we got Patriot Act 2, the NDAA, and a domineering path of unconstitutional mandates that have fundamentally changed the character of our Republic. It set the stage for Obama care, socialized medicine, and that will ultimately enslave us all… as under his Progressive regime, he and his friends at central banking and the Federal Reserve have put another 7.3 plus trillion on the backs of our children as debt, added to the four plus Bush gave us… And most do not even know that since 9-11, our national debt has grown from 6 trillion to 17.3 trillion.

Traitor, traitor, traitor! You lied!

Only a few Americans are fighting back. Those who refuse to open their eyes might seem cowards, lethargic, but most likely it is based on ignorance. Without Christian women, for instance, Obama would have never been elected, so what does that say for those so-called Christian women? But these 3000 babies who die every day by an abortionist knife is good for business, stem cell research is very lucrative now that Obama reversed the decision to use fetuses in their research, and yes, they, Christian women, are just as guilty. It is called complicity. Complicity is indeed the lack of responsibility and accountability, and this is the primary difference between a true conservative and the so called liberal of today, the meaning of responsibility. Where one accepts responsibility for their own life, the other wants a power greater than themselves to call the shots, crumbs off the table of government. Crumbs off of their master’s table!
