Congressman Calls For Mueller To Recuse Himself From Witch Hunt

Mueller should recuse himself from the expensive anti-Trump witch hunt that he is recklessly conducting for purely political reasons. That’s the message delivered in an op-ed
Arizona Republican Rep Andy Biggs [pictured here/photo credit Twitter] is starting the New Year off right with an op-ed he authored and posted on USA Today on Wednesday. In it Biggs called for special witch hunter Robert Mueller to recuse himself from the phony investigation.
Biggs noted that Mueller’s investigation has gone “far beyond the scope of his original charge” and that, “Unfortunately, taxpayer resources are being used to scrutinize anyone and anything that fits into a preconceived notion that Russia colluded with the Trump campaign to ‘fix the election.’”
He declared “Mueller has demonstrated he is incapable of leading a focused, unbiased review of his initial assignment. His witch hunt must end.”
Biggs expressed the fear that the Democrats have created a Frankenstein monster that continues to grow in strength and is becoming a force unto itself, writing, “We should be deeply concerned with Mueller’s unlimited reach and unvetted hires. The way Mueller has conducted and unilaterally expanded his investigation, the subordinates he has hired, the persistent leaks from his office, and his abuse of attorney-client privilege — would all suggest his preference for questionable tactics.”
It’s all very damning and quite accurate. It’s been clear since the beginning that Mueller has no business overseeing an unwarranted, politically motivated investigation into crimes allegedly committed against his own cronies on behalf of George Soros and the Democrats.
Biggs portrayed it as a personal attack by Mueller, which may be related to his own criminal involvement in events that the crooked FBI is trying desperately to keep hidden. He wrote, “He has repeatedly shown that he has no interest in ending his crusade. The credibility of the American justice system — and indeed, our representative republic — is at stake.”
Biggs has been calling for Mueller to step down since June but more voices have joined that chorus lately. It needs to happen and will happen, if enough members of Congress are willing to force the issue.
