DACA: America’s Constitutional Nightmare

By TLB Contributing Author Bill Muckler

Hundreds of people arrived at a rally Friday, September 1, 2017 at the Federal Building on Los Angeles Street, calling for the protection of DACA, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program started by President Obama and under threat of being shut down by President Trump. The action is one of several planned this week by the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles. (Photo by Walt Mancini)

I didn’t create this DACA “nightmare” and neither did President Trump. Neither one of us ever said we were going to “round up” Mexicans and ship them back to Mexico. Anyone who says that is a disingenuous bigot and a downright liar.

Let’s cut the crap. This is not about tearing hundreds of thousands of poor vulnerable families apart. It’s not about ripping little children from their defenseless mother’s bosoms. It’s about our Constitution and the Rule of Law.

Blame it on Obama. This is his deal. Blame it on the shortsighted illegal aliens who snuck their children into America or thoughtlessly birthed them in America. Place the blame on the corrupt hypocritical politicians you voted for. Place the blame where it belongs. The Muckster solved this problem. Read the solution.

Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1 of Our Constitution

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

I’m standing on firm ground because I have read and studied the Constitution. It is obvious the“Dreamers” and their emotional backers have not. What’s more, they don’t intend to read, or understand, the Constitution or take this oath as an officer in the United States Marine Corps:

I, William B. Muckler, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

I stood and took this oath on 7 June 1958 and I intend to keep it, so help me God.

Is it Ignorance or Stupidity?

Why do many Americans support this “Nightmare” nonsense? I doubt if many really care about the“Dreamers.” If they did, this present crisis would not exist. The country would have a clarified, common sense immigration law. Yeah, I know, I get it. “Dreamers” will grow up to be good“Democrat” voters. The GOATs need them. The RHINOs can’t win if they keep losing minority voters to the political party that has conned them into thinking they will make their pitiful plight better.Check out this load of despicable hypocrisy: Schumer vs. Schumer.(VIDEO BELOW)

What’s wrong with the “10 Steps to Naturalization Program” that requires immigrants to apply for citizenship; requires them to get in line; requires them to follow the law; requires them make the commitment?

Determine your eligibility to become a U.S. citizen. In general, you may qualify for naturalization if you are at least 18 years old and have been a permanent resident for at least 5 years (or 3 years if you are married to a U.S. citizen) and meet all other eligibility requirements.

For Every One, There are Ten

I’ve heard the multitude of stories of the “Dreamers” who have made good and productive lives for themselves. That’s admirable. But for every one that has contributed, I can name ten “Nightmares” that have been destructive to our republic and who cost the taxpayers precious earnings. That argument just doesn’t hold up. It’s not about compassion or this stupid pandering nonsense: “that’s not who we are.”

It’s about our Constitution and the inability of our political establishment to solve a problem that has been festering for more than 100 years, or about enforcing the laws that are already enacted in America.

Few powers are more fundamental to sovereignty than the control over immigration and the vesting of citizenship in aliens (naturalization). According to the Declaration of Independence, “obstructing the Laws for the Naturalization of Foreigners” was one of the grievances that led the American colonists to break with Britain.

Under the Articles of Confederation, each state retained authority over the naturalization of aliens. This resulted in widely varying state practices, which James Madison in The Federalist No. 42 called a “fault” and “defect” of the Confederation. At the Constitutional Convention, there was virtually no opposition to moving the naturalization power from the states to the new national government, and in the ratification debates only a handful of Anti-Federalists even raised the issue. James Madison seemed to speak the sentiment of most when at the Convention he expressed his wish “to invite foreigners of merit & republican principles among us. America was indebted to emigration for her settlement & prosperity.”

Chapter 13, Page 139 of 20/20: A Clear Vision for America

I wrote the most comprehensive and thorough common-sense solution to America’s immigration problem. It solves the entire issue once and for all. It is reasonable and protects every person residing in America. When you read it you will agree and ask: Why can’t our politicians do this?

The Muckster is here to expose the immigration misinformation you have been hearing from the dishonest SSM and the corrupt political establishment. I will lead you out of the fraudulent present into a bright future with 20/20: A Clear Vision for America and 20/20: A Clear Vision for Our Future.
