How the United Arab Emirates controls Energy Narrative & now GeoEngineering w/nano particles

First off we need to understand that the Royal’s of the United Arab Emirates never do anything out of the goodness of their ‘black little hearts.’ If there is profit to be made… count them in. They will take anyone out or do what is necessary to protect their monetary gains and the people that helped them get it.
They are in the Oil/Energy business. A business that has been very good for Abu Dhabi and the people living there. Luxury cars that drive on freeways that go no where. Buildings that rise up so high it gives a hang glider a once in a life time thrill when they launch and float out over the metro. A business of Oil and Power that has created a Global Jet Set feeding on a World Wide Oyster.
To maintain control of their Energy Power Base they have funded (INVESTED) University Studies and so-called Energy Initiatives in countries around the globe. In doing so, they control the narrative and the research outcome. Newest in their portfolio is GeoEngineering, using Nano-technology.

UAE Rain Enhancement Program Hosts First-ever International Workshop on Rain Enhancement Science during ADSW

Abu Dhabi-UAE: 18 January, 2016 – The UAE Research Program for Rain Enhancement Science hosted its first ever International Research Progress Workshop on Rain Enhancement on 18 and 19 January at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.
The two-day International Workshop, which was attended by leading scientists from renowned global and local institutions, presented an overview of the newly awarded research projects from the Second Cycle of the Program, showcased updates on the First Cycle awardees’ research projects, and provided a forum for discussion of the innovative technologies needed to tackle water security challenges globally.

About the UAE Research Program for Rain Enhancement Science
The UAE Research Program for Rain Enhancement Science, an initiative of the UAE Ministry for Presidential Affairs and overseen by the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS), offers a grant of 5 million US dollar over a three-year period to be shared by up to five winning research proposals, selected by a two-stage merit review decision process. The Program was launched at the beginning of 2015 with the aims of addressing the critical issue of water security and placing the UAE at the international forefront of scientific research into rain enhancement. In the context of the UAE’s Innovation Strategy, the Program is structured to develop human capital and stimulate investment in research in this field for the benefit of arid and semi-arid regions around the world. Masdar Institute files patent for innovative cloud seeding material

The Masdar Institute of Science and Technology, the independent, research-driven graduate-level university focused on advanced energy and sustainable technologies, has announced that its research team, one of the inaugural recipients of the US$5 million grant from the UAE Research Program for Rain Enhancement Science last year, has filed a provisional patent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, USPTO.
The research team has developed an innovative cloud seeding material using nanotechnology.
By filing a patent, they are bringing that material into the pathway for commercialisation and supporting Masdar Institute’s goal of bolstering the UAE’s local intellectual property, a key measure of the country’s innovation drive.
It is also a significant milestone towards achieving greater water security in the UAE, as rainfall enhancement via cloud seeding can potentially increase rainfall between 10% and 30%.
Masdar Institute Professor of Chemical and Environmental Engineering, Dr. Linda Zou [pictured left], is the principal investigator of this research project, and one of the first scientists in the world to explore the use of nanotechnology to enhance a cloud seeding material’s ability to produce rain.
“Using nanotechnology to accelerate water droplet formation on a typical cloud seeding material has never been researched before. It is a new approach that could revolutionise the development of cloud seeding materials and make them significantly more efficient and effective,” Dr. Zou remarked.
Offering a comprehensive overview of Dr. Zou’s progress, Alya Al Mazroui, Manager of the UAE Research Programme for Rain Enhancement Science, said, “The programme presents a unique opportunity to use advanced research methods for studying atmospheric processes in arid regions, where its understanding is most important to ensure water security globally. We are convinced that Masdar Institute’s project, under Dr. Linda Zou’s supervision, will advance rain enhancement science through innovative seeding agents.”

Dr. Zou and her collaborators, Dr. Mustapha Jouiad, Principal Research Scientist in Mechanical and Materials Engineering Department, post-Doctoral researcher, Dr. Nabil El Hadri and PhD student, Haoran Liang, explored ways to improve the process of condensation on a pure salt crystal by layering it with a thin coating of titanium dioxide.
The team found that the titanium dioxide coating improved the salt’s ability to adsorb and condense water vapor over 100 times compared to a pure salt crystal.
Such an increase in condensation efficiency could improve a cloud’s ability to produce more precipitation, making rain enhancement operations more efficient and effective.

Awards of the Program’s Second Cycle grant of US$5 million were announced last week during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2017.
They include Prof. Giles Harrison of the University of Reading (UK), Prof. Hannele Korhonen of the Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI), and Dr. Paul Lawson of American firm, Spec Inc.

Now comes the kicker. This form of GeoEngineering and what happens when you take a breath of air or consume the rain water can be catastrophic.

As technology has advanced, so has its ability to take normal sized particles of minerals and reduce them to sizes never before imagined. A study by Churg et. al. at the University of British Columbia in their paper “Induction of Fibrogenic Mediators by Fine and Ultrafine Titanium Dioxide in Rat Tracheal Explants” (1999) found that ultrafine particles of the anatase form of titanium dioxide, which are less than 0.1 microns, are pathogenic or disease causing.”
