CannaTalk Presents – Decriminalization & Get the Feds Out!

By: Roger Landry (TLB)

Lets start this ball rolling with a quote from someone who displayed an uncanny talent for looking into the future and doing his damnedest to mitigate what he perceived to be bumps in the road of progressing liberty in America’s future …

This is a discussion we never needed to have if our government was operating within their Constitutional boundaries!

Today We The People suffer a government that intrudes way too far into the realm of our personal lives, and well beyond their constitutional limits. Our prisons are overloaded with minor offenders of overreaching laws in place to fill the beds of for-profit institutions. If you are poor and unable to afford expensive lawyers, you may well get up to ten years of incarceration for the possession of a few joints of pot … a nonviolent crime that impacts no one else in any fashion.

Natural and non harmful (no side effects) remedies such as cannabis, backed by solid science and research, are shunned, discredited or outright banned by government regulatory or health entities such as the DEA, FDA or CDC. Once again the very agencies that are charged with our health and well-being step up to accomplish exactly the opposite by promoting through extreme complicity, drugs that are not only highly addictive but are proven harmful (with massive side effects) to the human physiology.

Cannabis is not only a non addictive substance but its use does not promote violence, and the long term use is nowhere as harmful to the body as alcohol or prescription opioids … which are legal. Yet we are denied this substance at the behest of the most powerful lobby in this country … Big Pharma. One of the biggest promises with the legalization of marijuana is its medicinal properties, and this is a point that is very easy to make …

Pharmaceutical companies stand to lose massive amounts of revenue if marijuana in legalized, because they cannot adequately control or monopolize a plant you can grow in a pot in your garage or house.

We must also consider that today in order to receive a highly successful (well beyond anything in use or permitted in America) non-invasive cancer treatment that involves homeopathic remedies such as cannabis instead of radiation, surgery or chemotherapy (known to be ineffective over 90% of the time and to cause massive harm to the body), in most cases …

… one has to leave the country

When we discuss Cannabis and its health benefits the first thing that pops into the minds of the uninitiated is “stoners”, this only shows the ignorance or complicity that prevails so widely today in government and mainstream medical … But the mood of this country is shifting. Today a majority of Americans believe marijuana should be legal in all aspects for both medicinal and personal use. But will Big Pharma attempt to monopolize this plant to wring even more massive profits from us? Or will a government hell-bent on control regulate the crap out of it? These are two very pertinent questions.

So lets discuss the Legalization or the Decriminalization of Cannabis … and the moves big pharma puppets like Ex-Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced during his tenure. What was being said … and just what this actually meant for existing and future marijuana laws in states, and what all this means for We The People who have the most to gain by its decriminalization.

This should be an issue for We The People … NOT the discretion of an overbearing, overreaching and complicit government …

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
