Nevada Indictments and Belief in The Tooth Fairy [Video]

When we are very young children we so want to believe the Tooth Fairy leaves money under our pillow while we sleep, after we put an extracted tooth there before bedtime. When we are adults we so want to believe our Knight in Shining Armor (The Government) will sleigh all dragons and keep us safe. We like to think our “system” adheres to the old Superman TV show intro…  Announcer: “…Truth, Justice and The American Way.”

We would also like to believe our fellow man would not post bogus blog stories that would serve to only confuse and muddy the water in The Swamp, while at the same time real (not generated by imagination) steps are taking place to drain said swamp.

Sealed indictments

Yes there are sealed indictments ready to start the process of prosecution to bring those in Government and their fellow enablers to justice for a myriad of crimes against the people of the United States of America.

Intel sources, both in and out of Government (and that includes some TLB Staff) indicate there are hundreds and hundreds of Indictments ready for service in the coming weeks.

Back to the Indictment that isn’t

The “legal looking’ document that is circulating on the Web and on Social Media last evening and today is just that. Legal Looking.

We will cover a few of the high points that put up Red Flags last night and caused TLB staff members to start conferring and researching. Right away web sites where the document originated from put up a big question mark. More questions. 1) The Hon. Jim Hardesty is named in the Memorandum and Order. Hardesty’s legal name is James W. Hardesty. He is a justice on the Nevada Supreme Court  Not the Northern District of Nevada. 2) The docket number does not match the format used by the court and no action of this type is on file with the court on Dec 22, 2017. 3) Retro active actions are mentioned in the body of the text. Sorry the law does not allow for those mentioned Retro active actions. 4) We will just skip over all of the errors in the body and point out that the document is not signed and does not contain a Court Seal.

Reality

We know many readers of this post want what we (and the Court records) say to be wrong. Don’t be pulled into the loop of misinformation and redirection. It is a nasty whirlpool to keep We The People distracted and away from the Truth.
