Is Russia part of the Fake News feed, or is it the CIA?

Fake News… Whats News… Whats Propaganda… For News Editors and their Staff it is like being “a frog in a blender.”

There is a Website called PropOrNot.com that bills it’s self as “Your Friendly Neighborhood Propaganda Identification Service.” Just one catch… It is run and funded by the Russians?… Or the CIA?  Not only are they serving up “the directed party line,” as any good government employee should do… They appear to be having fun doing it.

Now if you visit PropOrNot.com you will discover it is not all fun and games. They have tagged what many consider to be reputable Alt-News sites. It is not hard to figure out why the Russians would take some Alt sites to task, but why would the CIA be involved? They do not like the Alt-News pages because they cannot control the narrative as they do with “Down Stream Media” in the US.
