Steps to Restore the Constitution

There are two influential philosophies that affect the politics and governing of our country. The first is that people are basically good and the other is that people are basically evil. These two determine how a country will be governed.

Those that follow the philosophy that man is basically good, favor the concept that was proclaimed in The Declaration of Independence which says, “We hold these truths to be self-evident. That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights: that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its power in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.”

This proclamation is repugnant to those who follow the philosophy that all men are evil.

These individuals fear that others might harm them if they become powerful. They project their own evil intentions, which primarily consist of destroying their “enemies” before they themselves are destroyed. They constantly live in fear of their motives being exposed and suffer the consequences the people might unleash at them.

All of their activities lie in nullifying what ever powers other people have.

In their estimation, people are considered commodities to be used for their own needs and as animals that need to be supervised and controlled; they gravitate to positions of power in order to fulfill this purpose.

Our Forefathers, knowing of this type of individual, created the Constitution and to make sure that the idea of unalienable rights are not violated, by writing the Bill of Rights.

Thomas Jefferson wrote to Madison that a bill of rights was “what the people are entitled against every government on earth.”

But psychopaths insidiously infiltrate every beneficial group and government. Even our religions, our food, water and air are polluted by those with their insane desires to render them harmful to life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Collectivism has turned this planet into hell. The International Bankers have brought us wars and famine. The idea that people have unalienable rights drives then insane.

The psychopath claims that the individual is nothing and the group is superior. However, all the good, survival things on this planet came from individuals who managed to bypass the “group” mentality.

The Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787 by the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and ratified by convention in eleven States. It went into effect on March 4, 1789.

Since then, self-interest groups have little by little worked at nullifying its influence to favor their own profit.

It is quite obvious to us to see how a rogue government has usurped the protection offered by these documents. If the Constitution is a barrier in establishing a tyrannical government, then it should be re-enforced as a tool to constrain the power of the government and empower the people in expressing their unalienable rights.

Here are some steps that we can take to re-enforce the application of the Constitution for our own protection and to defeat any encroachment from a totalitarian government and Corporations.

1: Having the organic Constitution.
All political representatives should have available the true Constitution and not be suppressed or obliterated. The fact is though, in Constitutional classes, students are taught to study Constitution cases and their decisions without ever first studying the Constitution. We must remember that these decisions were handed down by government officials who owes their support to whoever elected them and not by independent judges that respect the idea that we have unalienable rights.

Many court cases have favored corporate rights over individual rights to the point where we are at the mercy of whatever the corporations forces on us; with such corporations as Monsanto, our rights to grow food or purchase non GMO contaminated food are disregarded to favor their profits while we are getting sicker and sicker. Our rights to survive are being greatly diminished.

2. Knowing the constitution.
Very few people know the Constitution. Politicians will swear to uphold the Constitution but once in office we see little evidence of their sincerity to do so. Schools do not teach the Constitution or even mention it and its history classes. Everyone deciding to run for any office should first study it and then be consulted on their understanding of it.

3. Knowing that it is workable
After studying it, the person should demonstrate why it is a workable policy by giving example of how, by applying it correctly, it will protects our rights.

4. Teaching correctly the Constitution.What we must insure is that it is taught correctly and that anything misunderstood be cleared up.

5. Applying the Constitution.
We need to be constantly alert that any politician is not violating the Constitution and that any laws presented or passed is aligned to the standard that the Constitution set forth.

6. Seeing that the Constitution is correctly applied.
Constantly we see violation of our Constitution rights. We have too long allowed this to happen to where we now have a government protecting the corporations, creating more oppressive laws and violating our rights.

A Citizen Committee needs to be formed to look at all those unconstitutional laws and get them repealed.

7. Pound out incorrect laws that violate the Constitution.
All laws that have been found by the Citizen Committee for Correct Application of the Constitution, to not conform to the Constitution, have to be repealed.

8. Take out all unconstitutional LawsThe Citizen Committee for Correct Application of the Constitution has to review all the laws and case judgments that affect the correct application of the Constitution and remove those.

9. Shutting out any new Constitutional changes.
Those proposed new Constitutional amendments that invite self-interest groups to create new unconstitutional laws should be prevented.

10. Shutting out any unconstitutional application.There are always going to be some self-interest groups that will influence our politicians to pass a law that will benefit them. We, again have to be vigilant and prevent such laws being passed.

Remember that the New World Order wants to gather all nations under its umbrella and the only way to insure that this doesn’t happen is by regaining our sovereign rights to govern ourselves and break away from their oppressive hold on us. By doing this, not only are we regaining our freedom but since we have been the Beacon of Liberty for the last few hundred years, this will set an example for other Nations to demand a more ethical government that will regain their own sovereignty.
