The Radiation Warnings You Won’t Get from the Mainstream Propaganda Machine

The mainstream media and the federal government will soon have the blood of the world on it’s hands.

Radiation from the Fukushima Nuclear Plant disaster in Japan is now actively in the ecosystem all along the North American west coast… even the sea weed is now radiated.  The Vancouver Sun reported one year ago that the seaweed tested from waters off the coast of British Columbia were 4 times the amount considered safe.  No further test results were released after the initial report.

The governments of the United States and Canada are not conducting tests for radioactivity – at least not to the knowledge of the public.  Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has agreed to continue purchasing seafood from Japan, despite the fact that the food is not being tested for radioactive contamination.  Last November, independent testing in Japan showed 65 per cent of the catches tested positive for cesium (a radioactive material).  Instead of refusing to purchase the poisoned fish, food safety agencies in both the United States and Canada have simply raised the “acceptable level of radiation.”  We can’t go offending the Japanese after promising to buy their tainted goods, now can we?

After the North American governments refused to fund testing, oceanographer Ken Buesseler, a senior scientist at the non-profit Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution in Woods Hole, Mass, along with Nicholas Fisher, a marine sciences professor at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and other concerned scientists, managed to secure private funding for a Pacific research voyage.  The results?

Cesium levels in the Pacific had initially gone up an astonishing 45 million times above pre-accident levels. The levels then declined rapidly for a while, but after that, they unexpectedly levelled off.

In July, cesium levels stopped declining and remained stuck at 10,000 times above pre-accident levels.

This means the ocean isn’t diluting the radiation as expected. If it had been, cesium levels would have kept falling.

The finding suggests that radiation is still being released into the ocean long after the accident in March, 2011.

Less than two weeks after the tsunami and subsequent nuclear disaster, Michael Kane, an investigative journalist, reported, “In the wake of the continuing nuclear tragedy in Japan, the United States government is still moving quickly to increase the amounts of radiation the population can “safely” absorb by raising the safe zone for exposure to levels designed to protect the government and nuclear industry more than human life.”

The radiation has absolutely reached the shores of North America.  Water samples from across the continent have tested positive for unsafe levels of radioactivity.  The levels exceeded federal drinking water thresholds, known as maximum contaminant levels, or MCL, by as much as 181 times.”This means that the complete ecosystem of the Pacific Ocean is now poisoned with radiation and we aren’t being warned.

Samples of milk taken across the United States have shown radiation at levels 2000 percent higher than EPA maximums.  The reason that milk is so significant is that it it representative of the entire food supply.  According to an article published on Natural News, “Cows consume grass and are exposed to the same elements as food crops and water supplies. In other words, when cows’ milk starts testing positive for high levels of radioactive elements, this is indicative of radioactive contamination of the entire food supply.”

The GMO Food and Drug Pushers Administration and the EnvironmentalDeception Protection Agency, instead of refusing to prohibit the sale of tainted foods and mandatory testing of foods produced and harvested from the Pacific Coast, have simply raised the “acceptable levels”  of radioactive material in foods.

Clearly, the “it’s-all-for-your-own-good” government will not protect us, or even inform us of the dangers so we can protect ourselves, because it might dip into the pockets of the global elite, the nuclear energy industry, and the food industries.  There is big money behind this cover-up. Refusing to purchase and consume their tainted goods is the best way to fight back, while keeping our families safe and healthy.

How can we protect ourselves? First, be aware of what items are likely to be highly tainted.

1.)  SEAFOOD:  Question the origin of ALL seafood.  Fish and crustaceans from the Pacific Ocean should all be considered to be poisoned with radiation.

2.)  WATER:  The rainfall and snowfall are all radiated.  Do not drink any water that has not been filtered.   The tap water that flows from your faucet has NOT been treated to rid it of radioactive particles. A recent report from the NY Times stated, “A rooftop water monitoring program managed by UC Berkeley’s Department of Nuclear Engineering detected substantial spikes in rain-borne iodine-131 during torrential downpours …

3.) DAIRY PRODUCTS:  Milk and milk products from the West Coast states currently have the highest levels of radiation in North America.

4.)  PRODUCE:  Leafy Vegetables, Wines, Tomatoes, Strawberries….all produce from California or any other West Coast State are also likely to be tainted.

5.)  MEAT:  If a animal eats any leafy vegetable all along the West Coast, that animal has consumed radiation, and is poisoned.  This is any animal from cows, pigs, goats, sheep to wild deer and other game.

If you eat the above foods from areas with high radiation levels, you are eating radiation and feeding it to your children. Slowly the radiation levels within your body will build up.  This is PERMANENT.

Infant mortality rates across the United States have increased by more than 35% since the nuclear disaster, according to a court statement by Dr. with independent scientist Leuren Moret, MA, PhD.  A study published in The International Journal of Medicine indicates that more than 20,000 deaths right here in North America can be directly attributed to the release of radioactive material from Fukushima.

Radioactive isotopes of the type released from Fukushima have a half life of 30,000 years.  This means that we must permanently change the way we prepare our food.

  • Wash your food with soap and rinse it in filtered water. 
  • Be aware of the origins of your vegetables, fish, game and seafood.
  • Keep abreast of radiation levels to help monitor where your food is acquired.
  • Use only filtered water for drinking, cooking and ice.

I’m not knowledgeable about who this guy is but you might want to research his results and come to a more understanding of all the information. Also it maybe a good idea to look into the results from when the US dropped the atomic bomb twice in Japan in August of 1945. What were the radioactive levels then and how long have the lasted? Look at our own nuclear testing in New Mexico? Look at the Marshall islands and Bikini Atolls in the South Pacific? Look at Chernobyl and how the radioactivity affected our world 27 years ago? We have been living in radioactive fallout for all our lives!!! No wonder the cancer rate in this country has skyrocketed over the past 70 years it’s the Elite’s agenda just like Globalization and war it all about POPULATION CONTROL!!!! Just saying although I will not buy seafood from that area of the world. 🙂 🙂 🙂

  6. We in Scotland were affected by the Chernoble nuclear disaster which happened in 1986. Currently my sons’s girlfriend is receiving chemotherapy for Hodgkin’s lymphoma along with four other young women the oldest being 27 and the youngest 21, all with the same type of cancer – all from the same small area that had sheep culled because of contamination due to the Chernoble disaster. I find it hard to believe that there is no connection. I hope the USA Government does more to prove links than the UK government has done

  7. Although the mainstream media are fairly round-heeled with respect to radioactivity from Fukushima, “thelibertybeacon” seems to think they aren’t round-heeled *enough*.

    When the *Titanic* sank in — was it 1912? — early in the 20th century, it had saltshakers. These probably have since salted the ocean. Radioactivity from Fukushima is to preexisting natural radioactivity in the ocean much as *Titanic* salt is to preexisting sea salt.

    I would have thought it’s only oil and gas money that dispute this, but I suppose some of these eager alarmists are just unfortunate in their lack of skepticism.

  8. After reading this article and comments, have a question for everyone here. For the sake or argument lets say that the contamination is as bad as this article states. Haven’t really seen anyone talk about managing exposure or show any real evidence as to what specific foods and places of origin folks should avoid. This article makes it seem like all fish, water, grazing animals and crops grown in a great western swath of north america shouldn’t be avoided. Lets say I live in that area… (that area being the planet earth) what can I eat? The prospect of eating cereal grains, canned beans, rice, and peanut butter grown in regions outside western North America has me worrying that the cost of doing this may be more hazardous to my sanity and will to live than the radiological contamination.

    Assuming I have said my prayers and am unwilling to invest in snake oil what is a reasonable person to do?

This isn’t just japans issue, not to mention the plant had taken a beat-n pipes that weren’t properly tested for earthquakes in these high ranges failed, resulting in meltdown, but the people who live near that had to be relocated to what looks like min level prison camps. Now storage has been leaking, yes our government isn’t telling us what we need to know, guns are more important right? from the ocean comes life, this is beyond anything most can even amagine. Please take careful note as to what one should to help in any way possible. We need to come up with giant rumbuhs that float the oceans collecting radiation, through some egg shell filtration of sort, I’m no expert just someone who’s willing to help. Cesium is never even mentioned, because it is so much worse than iodine. and we can trust the cesium levels are high too.

The people here denying that a major and potentially catastrophic event has taken place, and is still taking place, are chilling reminders of just how deeply the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of humankind have been trampled on, laughed at, thrown in a box and stigmatized. Most of the people here are still worried about how they are going to eat “their dairy and meats”, and heaven for fend, “seafood”. (The creatures who live in the seas are not there to be “your food”. They have lives, families, and the right to live on the planet as you do.) If anyone is paying attention here one of the first things to go would be the highly concentrated items , like the flesh of non human animals, their bodily fluids, etc. If there was ever a time to open your eyes, hearts, minds and spirits to the fact that we need deep, total change- this is it. No matter what the actual readings are, the best bet is to stay away from as much of the high risk items and stock your body with the things listed here by some of the more forward thinking people: bentonite clay was mentioned, as well as organic fruit pectin, I believe. Anyway- it’s very ironic that ignorance and apathy is what got us into this mess and yet there are still people here towing that bloated party line… not only has daddy taken the T-bird away, but we’re over the cliff: tapping on the brakes is not an option at this point. There’s been contamination of the earth since the above ground nuclear tests of the 50’s and 60’s and cesium has a half life of 70 days. Were there massive biological dieoffs of humans animals plants and such after those tests, Chernobyl, 3 mile Island, and Fukushima, I’d say probably not. It might be a concern and authorities should take to steps to minimize contamination. But frankly I’d be more concerned about that trash/plastic gyre in the N. Pacific and what other pollution humans are doing to the planet, global warming and loss of wilderness habitat.

  30. You can buy an scintellometer (sp?) or a gieger counter which will pick up gama rays (short wave electromagnetic radiation) or beta radiation (fast electrons) but are less good on alpha radiation (fast helium nuclei)

  31. Is there a way or product that I can purchase to test food for radiation? Radioactive isotopes? Meat in particular. Then dairy, then plants. Plant foods, lettuce fruit have labels with their origin. No way to tell where your beef is from. Or your ice cream or butter or butter ingredient or any dairy ingredient used in major manufacturing.   32. It is sufficiently appalling that Hillary Clinton is contracting to buy fish from Japan with no monitoring, putting Americans at risk but there is a larger story here. This is a woman who wants to be president and can’t think two steps ahead. She should have gone to her counterpart in Japan and told him she is going to announce tests on all batches of fish coming from Japan. Japan would first test all fish exports to the US and ensure no contaminated fish are being sold to America. America would test these fish and report back to Ms Clinton. She could honestly announce that with ongoing strict US testing, no contaminated fish are being found. She could honestly say that Japan is ensuring that no contaminated fish are being sold to us. She boosts her chances of winning the coming election, she gives Japan a boost as a responsible country and tightens relations between Japan and America.

    Contrast this with her reaction when a nuclear plant near her home had a small emission of Tritium. She is clearly part of the self serving American bureaucracy. The only way I would ever vote for Ms Clinton is if she took Sibel Edmons as her running mate. This would signal that she is going to clean up her own back yard.

  43. They will get cancer. No, they don’t die like fies, just slow death. I’m hearing of quite a few getting cancer here on Vancouver Island in my neighborhood. My neighbors had a beautiful part wolf about 6 or 7 years old, that spent her time outdoors. Quite healthy looking so I was surprised when they had to put her down because of cancer.

  51. If there were any real danger from this nuclear accident as described in this article, it would be far too late for all of us. I worked in the Army in a nuclear MOS. (Pershing II Missiles) and I can tell you that if the radiation levels were as high as described half of North America would now be dead or have severe signs of radiation poisoning. Your hair and teeth would be falling out and your finger nails and you would have lesions and tumors all over your body! Do not let these fear mongers scare you into extremist measures. If you have any doubt about your water, milk or food or for that matter even the rain and snow, go rent a gieger counter and test them.

    The general concept that radiation is being spread and there is a failure to report it is true.

    The general failure to test in many areas is true.

    The increase in risk to the populations of the areas mentioned is true.

    The extent of the risk is low but not zero. Those who deny the actual science may say it’s zero – that is not correct by any scientific method. The ability to acccurately measure the risk is not yet available though, which gets misused as a lack of risk.

    Hopefully if you are a professional you will use the guidelines for estimation of risk known as the LNT model, and not some unquantified and unsupportable pretense.

What we do and say can and does effect others far away but still here on our planet Open our eyes and see that we must be careful how we consume and be responsible as much as we are able. I am sure most reading this post have grown there own food. Many live in the west. Where is the app for radiation testing. That seems to be the answer to this concern. I have been looking for one since the china syndrome and 3 mile island. Truth is you can run but cannot hide from the reality of radiation poisoning of the planet. Thank you for all your posts because through this discussion the answer is still to take more responsibility for ourselves and what we consume.

  95. Fear mongering. Why are you quoting data on iodine-131 that is almost two years old? It has a half life of 8 days. There is no more iodine left from the accident to contaminate stuff. Of course after the initial accident iodine-131 levels would be high. It isn’t now, it can’t be – it’s science. If you are positing that the plants are still leaking massive amounts of radiation, show some proof, don’t conjecture. No peer-review articles, no hard recent data, just purported quotes and 20 month old out of date newspaper reports. Do you like intentionally scaring people that don’t have the tools to know better?
