The REAL October Surprise: FBI Officially Reopens Hillary Email Case!
Now this is truly the ‘October Surprise’ we who have been so outraged, so fundamentally disappointed in our justice system and its obvious massive level of corruption and complicity, have been waiting for … It is an early Christmas for all who love and care for what must be a just America!
Justice in a representative government must apply equally to all who participate in said society, and for this not to be the case breeds discontent in many forms ranging from protest to revolution. What we are witnessing here is a corrupt system buckling (out of self preservation) under the weight of an angry people quickly awakening to the massive imbalance of justice … geared towards the protection of an elite caste.
October Surprise
It would appear the FBI has discovered more emails related to Hillary Clinton’s private email server that she utilized while she was director of the State Department. FBI Director James Comey has stated he is reopening the investigation to look into these recent developments.
“In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent.”
Pertinent to the Hillary Clinton investigation. Comey informed via letter, the chairs of several relevant congressional committees, adding that he had been briefed on the relevant information this past Thursday.
“I agree that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.”

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte’s Statement on the FBI’s Decision to Reopen the Clinton Investigation
Washington, D.C. – House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) today issued the following statement on the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Friday announcement that it has reopened its investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server to send and receive classified information:
“The FBI’s decision to reopen its investigation into Secretary Clinton reinforces what the House Judiciary Committee has been saying for months: the more we learn about Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server, the clearer it becomes that she and her associates committed wrongdoing and jeopardized national security.
“Now that the FBI has reopened the matter, it must conduct the investigation with impartiality and thoroughness. The American people deserve no less and no one should be above the law.”

As a result of this new twist, and with only eleven days until the election, this revelation is sure to upset the Clinton camp which is already rocked by scandal, and could possibly cause significant harm to Hillary’s election prospects.

How can anyone under criminal investigation for multiple federal crimes be running for President?
Today we have running for the highest and most powerful office in this land an individual who is actually forbidden or disqualified from doing so by her own actions. Laws broken, Statutes violated, Lies consistently told, and Trust violated, legally disqualifies and absolutely forbids her from holding any US government position PERIOD.
These transgressions permeate on so many levels that to see her continue to campaign makes a mockery of our entire system of justice and governance, and sets a very dangerous precedent in a nation of Laws! This is not an uneducated statement … it is a statement of blatant FACT! The FBI’s decision to reopen the case is only the first step and … indictment is the only action that truly serves justice.

Donald Trump has stated on numerous occasions “If elected I will reopen this case and appoint a Special Prosecutor”. So could what we are seeing here be the reactions of a corrupt system realizing Trump’s possibilities for becoming our next President are good to excellent (as more dirt and scandal flies in Hillery’s face daily), scrambling to cover their proverbial backsides? This surely cannot be discounted …

Anyone with half a brain has to be aware that the only reason for this October Surprise is because of the massive outcry from both Congress and the public (including a continuous outcry from Trump and his campaign), that has brought an untenable level of pressure on both the FBI and the Justice Department. What must also be considered if the near mutiny of honest agents and professionals within the FBI and DOJ as they see their credibility and dedication to justice being flushed down the proverbial toilet.
If you truly believe that this announcement concerning the reexamination of Emailgate would ever have occurred in an ignorant, uninformed, passive and non responsive society (something the Hillary camp by their own admission is truly seeking to construct) … you are sorely mistaken. What more proof is needed to promote an active and engaged populace, the type of engagement our founding fathers truly envisioned for We The People, a people who hold their representative government accountable!
Once more the voice of We The People has been heard!
