U.S. Fusion Centers aka National Insecurity

Many alphabet soup groups have been set up in the name of national security…. Are these leading intelligence agencies and top leadership of our country in a coup against Americans and our sovereignty? Over half Americans believe their is a silent war against them by big brother.

Our 40th President of the United States, Ronald Reagan, said it most eloquently:

“No secret is safe…not even a whisper, and in time with technology,
not even a thought will be allowed to run free”

The 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution promises us the following, it reads:

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Since 9/11, the U.S. Government has engaged in a multibillion-dollar effort to construct a domestic intelligent network for the protective purpose of combating terrorism, criminal activity and violent extremism.

One of the central components of this system is the network of “fusion centers” that have sprung up around the country over the last decade plus. These entities integrate local law enforcement with a state’s police force, Department of Justice or Office of Emergency Management and are designed to facilitate law enforcement intelligence activities throughout the jurisdiction, providing federal authorities access to local information and databases, while simultaneously allowing for federal agencies to disseminate classified intelligence materials to local authorities.

There are almost always federal representatives present in local fusion centers. Most fusion centers also work with representatives of the private sector, particularly those industries related to “critical infrastructure and key resources”.

Yet many Americans believe Fusion centers are an overarching program and method of managing the flow of information and intelligence across levels and sectors of government to integrate information for analysis. There is suspicion and distrust against these surveillance agencies as many question these federally encroaching regulations which contradict our U.S.Constitution and Amendments.

We are lead to believe these fusion centers are morally and government legitimate “data mining centers” all over the U.S.

They monitor the activities of citizens in communities activities on the social networks. The upside about them is they monitor any terrorist activities, the downside is they pry into our privacy. Makes one feel that the average American is a criminal within all this spy ware that found it’s way into the prior administrations of our government.

So why this great divide in our nation regarding the ramifications of the 911 tragedy that introduced fusion centers and other peek-a-boo agencies into the lives of Americans and the global world for that matter? If Fusion centers who monitor the actions of Americans are so accurate, then why are there still criminal acts going unnoticed?

There is a vast number of Americans believing this was an agenda against the American people aided and abetted by not only the terrorist without, yet the tyranny and terrorist within.

Was 911 a false flag to opening the doors and windows to what is known as the “deep state” aka all of the intelligent agencies that we know and don’t know about?

Many alphabet soup groups have been set up in the name of national security…. and the very institution of department of homeland security was set up illegally without Congress approval by our 43rd President of the United States, George W Bush.

It was shortly there after, other intelligent and security branches spawned and morphed in time, propelling the constant monitoring of Americans, and the last couple generations, layer upon layer of new technologies have been introduced into our lifestyles, and those who are aware realize we are being violated in the comforts of our own homes by entrusting these devices such as high tech televisions and cell phones recording our every word, or what about home security systems aka insecurity systems, how is that for data mining? What do you think they do with this material as it all stored with the NSA?

Let’s not forget about that darling little device you call by name to ask it a question and it reply’s back with an answer or a song, the time, weather or whatever question you ask of it? This is down right invasive and scary…Americans are growing lazy and complacent at the risk of their personal security. Have we become a dumbed down people?

There is much controversy over this topic, especially after the last 8 years of the Obama administration, which became the catalyst for truth seeking as information is surfacing as we are witnessing insurmountable accounts and facts of whistleblowers proving treason and tyranny were and are committed from within and stemming from the highest levels of American Intelligence Agencies themselves and former leaders of our country at every level of government with many major corporations and CEO’s all tied into these egregious acts against “we the people”.

We are living through an unprecedented time in history, wake up calls are on the horizon for those who have become cerebrally calcified through the doldrums of their daily lives by putting their trust into government over reach.

The Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007 (Pub.L. 110–53), is an Act of Congress. The Act implements some of the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission including mandating 100% inspection of all air and sea cargo entering the United States, and a new method of redistributing antiterrorism funding.

The bill also authorized the creation of Fusion Centers.

The bill passed the House on January 9, 2007 by a vote of 299-128-8. It later passed the Senate with an amendment by unanimous consent. The two chambers of Congress went to conference, and a conference report in which the bill was amended and renamed the Improving America’s Security Act of 2007 passed the Senate 85-8-7 on July 26, 2007 and the House 371-40-22 the following day. It was signed into law by President George W. Bush on August 3, 2007. It became Public Law 110-53.

A fusion center is an information sharing center, many of which were jointly created between 2003 and 2007 under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Office of Justice Programs in the U.S. Department of Justice.

They are designed to promote information sharing at the federal level between agencies such as the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. military, and state- and local-level government. As of July 2009, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security recognized at least 72 fusion centers. Fusion centers may also be affiliated with an Emergency Operations Center that responds in the event of a disaster.

The fusion process is an overarching method of managing the flow of information and intelligence across levels and sectors of government to integrate information for analysis.

The American Civil Liberties Union has identified five systemic problems with fusion centers:

1. Ambiguous Lines of Authority. In a multi-jurisdictional environment it is unclear what rules apply, and which agency is ultimately responsible for the activities of the fusion center participants.
2. Private Sector Participation. Some fusion centers incorporate private-sector corporations into the intelligence process, potentially undermining privacy laws designed to protect the privacy of innocent Americans, and increasing the risk of a data breach.
3. Military Participation.Some fusion centers include military personnel in law enforcement activities in troubling ways.
4. Data Mining. Federal fusion center guidelines encourage wholesale data collection and data manipulation processes that threaten privacy.
5. Excessive Secrecy. Fusion centers are characterized by excessive secrecy, which limits public oversight, impairs their ability to acquire essential information and impedes their ability to fulfill their stated mission, bringing their ultimate value into doubt.
