Welcome to CannaSense Total Wellness (CTW)
Intro by Daniel Louis Crumpton
Our vision is to … attract, educate, and help patients who are in need of additional medical options. The stream of misleading cannabis information has left individuals confused as to the medical benefits that can improve their lives today. To witness the change from reefer madness to medical cannabis therapies to recreational usage while still being classified as a Schedule 1 drug with heroin is mind boggling. CTW is prepared to declare that is safe to come out and discover the medicinal cannabis benefits that they are missing. If only a small percentage of nearly 76 million people are educated to modern day cannabis perspectives, then our vision to improve millions of lives “responsibly” will be realized. It’s time to align cannabis perspectives with newer generations so that we can cast our votes together and advocate changes that will improve the quality of life with medicinal cannabis. Whether one suffers from chronic pain or is in prison for taking the risk to self-medicate, our advocacy and method to legally access medical cannabis is ready to address this conundrum today.
We respect the laws that are designed to protect us and absent of any that govern the characteristics and consequences of using “today’s” cannabis, we have developed commonsense policies. We are committed to providing high grade, discernible strains that yield predictable effects when prescribed in standardized dosing for qualified medical conditions. We are prepared to educate and help those who have avoided legal consequences at the expense of their health to gain legal access and use of medical cannabis. And for those who continue to risk imprisonment or loss of job to self-medicate, we will enable their right to avoid the pitfalls of procuring street level cannabis.
We will also continue to educate, lobby and vote to legalize medicinal cannabis for all adults while emphasizing that like any other consumable product it too can be misused. In addition we commit to providing education to the general population relative to the science behind medical cannabis. We will also lobby for children to ensure they receive the real facts as to why cannabis, drugs and alcohol need to be avoided in their formative years.
Through truth, legalization and education the medicinal benefits of cannabis will supplant recreational perceptions and our vision for change will be realized. Let the people and their personal doctors take control of their medical cannabis decisions before the greed of big business takes over. The tipping point for change is today and we are ready to lead the charge and enable legal access for all qualified patients to medicinal cannabis through our proven system.”
The Mission of CannaSense Total Wellness (CTW)
Our mission is to educate potential and existing patients on the benefits of medical cannabis and how to safely and legally access it at an affordable price. Seniors, veterans, disabled people and almost anyone seeking pain relief could potentially benefit from medical cannabis.
We also help frame cannabis issues within a social perspective while sharing important technical and medical information from across the world. With information rooted in science and medicine, we use facts and studies to dismiss the propaganda that has belied cannabis throughout its history.
We pledge to continue our mission until safe access to quality medicinal cannabis is guaranteed for all qualified patients.
What Specifically Is CannaSense?
CannaSense is a medical cannabis collective that helps patients in all 50 states gain access to cannabis medication. We do this with a streamlined process in strict compliance with The Compassionate Use Act of 1996, The Affordable Care Act and the US Constitution. It is important for each patient to understand the legalities involved, the costs, and the benefits of cannabis medication. Cannabis can be used to treat a large number of illnesses from anxiety, depression, and PTSD, to inflammatory and auto-immune disorders, as well as many forms of cancer and chronic pain. Unfortunately there are many states in America that have not yet passed medical cannabis laws and it is still listed on the federal level as a schedule 1 narcotic. Despite these obstacles, CannaSense has a solution for any patient in America who needs access to cannabis.
How is This Legal?
CannaSense was developed, tested, and refined over a 13 year period using existing law as an avenue for patient access to cannabis in all 50 states. The Compassionate Use Act of 1996 is a California Law that allows anyone to become members of a cannabis collective with the recommendation of a doctor. Article 4 Section 1 of the US Constitution says: “Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.” This means that Article IV, Section 1 ensures that states respect and honor the state laws and court orders of other states, even when their own laws are different. It is also known as the reciprocity clause.
Under the Affordable Care Act, patients can see their doctors through telemedicine services from the privacy of their homes. Internet based video conference calls enable their doctors to write prescriptions and recommendations in a legal and accepted way, without leaving home. CannaSense partners with California-based telemedicine physician services to provide easy access to patients for a teleconference appointment with a CA doctor who will give them a treatment plan, a physical medical cannabis card, and a signed recommendation for membership with Cannasense. Legally, under the provisions of the ACA, this is the same thing as the patient traveling to CA to see the doctor in person.
When a patient uses this CannaSense process, it legally makes them a California patient under the protections of the Compassionate Use Act. Even though they may live in another state, through this process, they are California patients. After the recommendation from the physician is attached to the CannaSense Sponsorship form and submitted to CannaSense for approval, (which usually takes one business day), they are assigned a patient ID and they are able to log in to their account to order from the Apothecary store on the CannaSense website. For more information on the larger legal structure under which CannaSense operates, please read the official legal statement.
There are several legal safeguards with CannaSense, the first of which is our compliance within the legal framework mentioned above. The second is the medical card, which in many cases can shield a patient from scrutiny by agents of the state. The third is the discreet way we ship the medication. We ship right to patients’ homes in non-descript packaging without labels indicating the contents of the package, thereby protecting each patient’s privacy. Also, the patient’s credit card statements are completely without any “red flag” terms. The greatest benefit of being a patient with CannaSense is the CannaSense Foundation, whose primary purpose is to provide legal defense teams at no cost to any patient or member who has legal issues as a result of using cannabis.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
