Factor in the datum that deaths and injuries in this context are usually grossly under-reported.
Factor in also that we are not just witnessing the death and illness of people in the immediate aftermath of injection with these booby-trapped chemicals palmed off on the populace as medicines “for their own good.”
The illnesses that are a consequence of the vaccines more often than not show up in the long term: people get sick and then worsen over time. This is why vaccines are usually tested and trialed for years before they are unleashed on the populace. Except the Covid vaxes of course, which were rushed to market without adequate testing on the pretext that there was a “pandemic” going on. But even then, as the article describes, Pfizer KNEW their pseudovaccines were going to harm a lot of people.

There is a worldwide upward trend of vaccine deaths and injuries. The official figures (April 3, 2022) point to approximately:
69,053 Covid-19 injection related deaths and 10,997,085 injuries for the EU, US and UK Combined for a population of 830 million people

Only a small fraction of the victims or families of the deceased will go through the tedious process of reporting vaccine related deaths and adverse events to the national health authorities. Based on historical data (Electronic Support for Public Health–Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (ESP:VAERS, p. 6):
“Adverse events from drugs and vaccines are common, but underreported. … less than 0.3% of all adverse drug events and 1-13% of serious events are reported to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Likewise, fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported. (emphasis added)
