Natural law: a trade deal is worth nothing if you’ve nothing to trade

The basic truths of production and national survival

by Fabian Ubiquitus

The PM is making a big hullabaloo over the “success” of the trade deal with Japan and the importance of a trade deal with our friends in Europe.

These boasts and posturing are probably an effort to salvage some of his wrecked PR as millions of his citizens have begun to question whether he is one space bar short of a full keyboard so nutty has his government’s behaviour been. And I don’t mean nutty in a cute, lovable British-eccentric way, I mean nutty in a totally-divorced- from-reality, what-planet-are-they-living-on way.

Meanwhile, his team are busy wreaking havoc upon the British economy with their purported efforts to “deal with” the smoke-and-mirrors, hyped up fake pandemic they have spent months fabricating.

I don’t recall ever seeing a British (hah!) government inflict so much damage upon the British economy is so short a space of time – or any space of time for that matter. And I’ve had the misfortune to witness in my time some governments that have tried pretty damn hard to bring the country to its knees.

Indeed, the psychological warfare assault upon the nation with which  this Gang of Loons have collaborated and the resultant damage to the economy and our way of life would have been construed an act of war had their source been a foreign power rather than an enemy operating within our  borders – indeed, within our very corridors of power.

This is probably a good point to remind the Prime Muppet and his crew of basic economics, to wit:

It doesn’t matter how great your trade deal is, it presupposes you are as a country producing goods and ruddy services to trade! If you produce little or nothing to trade, you are screwed, unless you can find a way to survive on charity or theft.

This is a brutal fact of the real world the rest of us (nobs, toffs, crims and other Tory party backers excluded) are living in.

The effort, therefore, to shut down or cripple the economy and the wafer-thin excuses to perpetuate the COVID 19 scam and thus keep it shut down or crippled, undermines any deal we might be able to strike with other nations. And he, of course, knows it, so his hysterically chirpy utterances are cynically disingenuous to say the least.

The basic inviolable principle is this:

A nation survives and prospers to the degree that it produces goods and services (a) for its own consumption and (b) in sufficient surplus to trade with other nations for those things the home nation does not or cannot produce.

So any national leader who is not one pallet short of a full truckload would get the stops off production and quit sabotaging the efforts of the nation’s producers to produce FAST.

It’s really that freaking simple. Even a politician can understand it.

One can go even further and conclude that

no matter what a national leader SAYS, if he insists on finding an endless stream of ways to cripple, inhibit or slow production or punish people for doing it, he is WORKING AGAINST THE SURVIVAL OF THAT NATION.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
