Let me first clarify something for the American sheeple. The entire life and career of a law enforcement officer is a sham, a lie, a hypocrisy, a self-deception and a treason against the American sheeple. It is a life of secrecy and could easily be called “Police in Closet-land”. The Police are “closet-teers”. I could just as easily title this chapter “The Closet-teer Police”. For those of you who have a “police officer” in your family, you already know how that person really is, their true character. Do not be deceived by how “nice and friendly” a police officer pretends to be, this is simply a facade hiding a psychotic, criminal personality that is full of self-loathing and feelings of superiority because he gets to carry a gun and badge which only serve to compensate for his damaged personality and [often,homosexuality.] One of the most glaring characteristics of psychotic criminals is “charm.” You women listen up, if you are dating a man who is a “charmer” and a police officer, stop right now, grab your purse and your car keys, and run as fast as you can away from this “charmer.” Never return this man’s phone calls.

Let us begin by looking at what a “matrix” is. A matrix can be compared to a web used to entangle or enmesh in. Much like a real life spider web that ensnares a fly. Once ensnared in a matrix, it is virtually impossible to free oneself from it. A Matrix then is a construction/utterance, a mind game of deception used for a specific purpose. In this country, America, every Matrix has the specific purpose of plundering the sheeple and the number of matrixes used to pacify and narcotize is virtually limitless. Every “government” that hides behind a Matrix must pretend to be doing everything they do for “your own good.” Especially, totalitarian governments must create the most wonderful looking and sounding facades to pacify the Sheeple.

So get over it and realize what the true role of LEOs really is. Their primary corporate directive is to maximize profit for the “CORPOR-NATION.” LEOs are “after-responders”, to lay blame on one of the parties, and make arrests to make money for the CORPOR-NATION.” It has nothing to do with the LEOs protecting you personally. FOOL!!! The insanity has gotten perverse in this nation. Now a simply accusation and complaint can often get you arrested, without proof of wrongdoing. Think about the corrosive “Red-Flag Laws” being enacted across the country.

Perez, himself a former [Los Angeles Police Department] cop, was caught stealing eight pounds of cocaine from police evidence lockers. After pleading guilty in September, he bargained for a lighter sentence by telling an appalling story of attempted murder and a “throwdown”–police slang for a weapon planted by cops to make a shooting legally justifiable. Perez said he and his partner, Officer Nino Durden, shot an unarmed 18th Street Gang member named Javier Ovando, then planted a semiautomatic rifle on the unconscious suspect and claimed that Ovando had tried to shoot them during a stakeout.

As part of his plea bargain, Pérez implicated scores of officers from the Rampart Division’s anti-gang unit, describing routinely beating gang members, planting evidence on suspects, falsifying reports and covering up unprovoked shootings.

Documented Corruption In Law Enforcement

Police have been busted framing innocent people in numerous ways. For example:

• A British judge found that British police framed four innocent men of carrying out an IRA bombing

• Judges in India say that police in Dehli “tampered with and fabricated” evidence against many innocent people

• A New York police investigation supervisor for criminal investigations in seven counties admits that he and another lieutenant faked fingerprint evidence so often that the New York Times called it an “almost routine fabrication of evidence in criminal case”

• A deputy sheriff in Florida said: “Planting evidence and lying in your reports are just part of the game“

• A Camden, New Jersey police officer admitted to framing 185 innocent people

• A Pasadena, California police officer bragged on tape about how he framed innocent folks

• A judge found that San Francisco police paid people to lie on the witness stand, in order to convict innocent people

• The City of Chicago admitted that, over the course of 2 decades, a police officer tortured numerous African-Americans to obtain false confessions.

• The City of Chicago admitted that another police officer framed multiple suspects.

• And another one.

• Police in Louisiana, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, England, and all over the world have been caught on tape framing innocent people

They’ve also been busted planting weapons on people, as “justification” for shooting them.

Police Frame Innocent People

This court decision coincides perfectly with an older decision, of 1795. “A landmark Supreme Court Case of 1795, Penhallow v. Doane’s Administrators, defines governments succinctly: “Governments are corporations.” Inasmuch, as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons.” Cracking the Code, Jordan Maxwell. All of the actions of a police officer are under what is called the “color of law.” “Color of Law” is the mere facade, the appearance of Law, not the substance of Law. The intent was noble, the actuallity has been a disaster. Every law enforcement officer in this country is a racketeer and extortion expert. He is a corporate employee and his job is to make money for the “CORPOR-NATION.” In essence, modern law enforcement officers amount to “pirates on land” fishing for victims. It is worse than you think or can even imagine.

In the olden times, a policeman was a peace officer, a part of the community and he had to earn the “respect” of the community by his fairness, kindness to children and the elderly, and his strength. Or in the case of a psychopath Peace Officer, there were many of these psychos [a prelude to the modern “law enforcement officers”] he ruled, like a school-ground bully, thru threats, intimidation and violence. True men that were “Peace officers” in the olden times were loved by the children and the elderly in their respective neighborhoods.

Language creates perceptions and affects our consciousness in a very powerful manner that we rarely recognize. It started with “Peace Officers.” This morphed into “Police man.” Next, “Police Officer.” And the latest grotesque, version, “Law Enforcement Officer” (LEO) with full military regalia and Nazi-esque attitude of superiority. They serve no one save their own hegemony. “The elevation of the morally degenerate in the last days [of empire] was never accidental. Modern LEOs amount to nothing more than “revenue officers” working on behalf of the CORPOR-NATION STATE, to Plunder the sheeple for offenses against the STATE, “malum prohibitum”, [not actual crimes against other humans,] for the purpose of commercial control and Plunder. An “offense” against the CORPOR-NATION, is not a crime. CORPOR-NATIONS need money to survive. A corporation is considered a legal person, so when you offend this person, THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO, THE STATE OF TEXAS, and so forth, you must pay a pecuniary fine for displeasing your MASTER. That is how corpor-nations sustain themselves, at your expense.

All LEOs, from the village constable to the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security and all of the moronic alphabet agencies are nothing more than private contractors [privateers] working for the CORPOR-NATION STATE. A privateers’ only purpose it to Plunder on behalf of the STATE and then share the loot forfeited. For instance, I ended up in court for an offense against the state, I paid the court costs and “voluntarily donated” $200 cash to the “fun fund” of the law enforcement agency, which was totally at their disposal to spend as they wished, including new gadgets for the department, parties for the employees, etc., etc. And lobster and steak if so desired, like the corrupt Federal “government”, at the end of every fiscal year, the ol’ “use or lose it.” At the end of every fiscal year, our “government” spend millions of dollars on steak and lobster so as not to lose the money. Indeed, a “government” of PIGS!!

Today, the modern “law enforcement officer” is a “satanic inspired, power starved, sadistic, dysfunctional, jackboot thug” willing to inflict pain on his fellow man simply for his own self aggrandizement, engage in gross violations of the Natural Law, disregard the Constitution completely, and instill fear in his fellow man to make himself feel good about his sick pathetic life. I describe this as “emotional sadism”, a willingness and desire to use threats, coercion and intimidation to dominate and submit every human being these thugs encounter. Emotional Sadism is the primary characteric of Toxic Narcissists. [Milgram]. Language is not used for clear communication, but rather to deceive the mark. This emotional sadism results in a callousness and cruelty that is difficult for the average, non-LEO person to comprehend simply because the average American Sheeple still believes that the LEOs are there to “Serve and Protect.”

The Sixty Four Thousand Question that we never ask is this, “To Serve and Protect Whom?” Well, stupid, who pays this private contractor’s salary? The corpor-nation!! In poor, inner cities, the poor and disenfranchised do not even bother to call the local police, as they never show up and if they do, it is way past the time of danger. Power, Domination and Cruelty become their badge of masculinity. Power is an aphrodisiac that is incredibly seductive. “Power is a poison, it does not matter who wields it.” Hedges. LEOs crave the Will to Power, and also crave for violence, as an existential experience. It is sadism and violence that gives meaning to the existential void in the life of psychopaths. This kind of power results in a psychotic break in the personality of the LEO, where lying, cheating and stealing become badges of Honor for the LEO within his pack of hyenas. “This hypermasculinity taps into the dark lust that lurks within us to destroy, not only things but also human beings.” Hedges. It is not uncommon to see LEOs congregate in packs of ten or twelve like packs of dingo, Australian hunting dogs. These organized packs elevates the dogs to feel a sense of “godlike power.” Hedges, supra. Packs of hyenas have been known to kill male lions in battles to the death. There is a strict policy of “non-fraternization” with the civilian population. This follows the policy of “true blue” among the LEOs. One of the processes of police academy indoctrination is to make the LEO paranoid, distrustful and fearful of the general public. And in the Bizarro Opposite World of the LEO, this is rightfully so, as we have been openly declared, “Enemies of the State” by the National War Powers Act of 1933, and the amended Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917.

A friend of mine has related that he served as a Deputy Sheriff’s officer in his youth and they were instructed to always carry a “throw away gun or knife” in case they shot a person, and this weapon was to be planted on the body of the dead person. This way, self-defense was their primary alibi. Thus, all LEOs become the “criminals” lording over the sheeple of a nation while enriching themselves, often personally as well as departmentally. “First, it’s important to remember what the “civil” in “civil asset forfeiture” means. It means that no one has actually been convicted of a crime. Once property has been seized, it’s not only difficult to regain it, but it can also be dangerous for the person who has had their items effectively stolen by the police.” Ammo.com If the victim makes too much trouble, they will get a visit from the local SWAT at 3 am, in full military regalia and an armored tank. “As if civil asset forfeiture wasn’t bad enough on its own, there is also a process allowing police organizations to circumvent the existing laws. It’s called equitable sharing and it’s a gold mine for both the federal government and police departments. This process further incentivizes civil asset forfeiture as a means of funding police departments at the federal, state and local levels.

Here’s how it works: state and local law enforcement turn assets over to federal authorities for federal crimes. The feds then return up to 80 percent of the assets back from whence it came. This effectively allows state and local authorities to circumvent relevant local laws by bringing in the feds. For example, in Missouri, seized money is supposed to go to the schools. When equitable sharing is used, nothing goes to schools. [This bypasses all responsibility from the local police where they can readily claim, “We turned the seized assets to the Federal authorities”, while unbeknownst to the victim, 80% is returned to the original seizor]. That is a 20% commission paid to federal authorities for participation and complicity in the crime.

From 2000 to 2013, equitable sharing payments to states tripled from $198 million to $643 million. Only $3 million of this was actually seized in cooperation with federal authorities. Between 2008 and 2015, $5.3 billion was seized through equitable sharing. Where the burden of proof is higher, equitable sharing payouts increase. In 2009, the federal government paid out $500 million in assets under “equitable sharing” schemes. This is up 75 percent from the previous year.” Ammo.com Right now, I am sick to my stomach. “Civil asset forfeiture isn’t just effectively a legalized form of theft. It also drives (and indeed, incentivizes) bad policing. [This brings out the Monsters in our collective closet]. There is ample evidence to suggest local smokies use civil asset forfeiture to pad their budgets. For example, a 1994 study found that police delay drug busts to increase the value of a forfeiture. A 2001 study of 1,400 police departments published in the Journal of Criminal Justice found that half of the departments surveyed agreed that civil asset forfeiture was “necessary as a budget supplement.” Far more disturbing is the 2004 report showing that police departments keep wish lists for items they wish to obtain via civil asset forfeiture. To provide some context, in 2014, the total amount of civil asset forfeiture seizures in the United States was $4.5 billion. The total value of property stolen in burglaries was $3.9 billion. This means that police agencies in the United States are taking more from the American public than burglars. More to the point, all the time police agencies use seizing assets from citizens who are in no way a danger to their neighbors is time they don’t spend tracking down actual criminals. In some cases, it might be more “profitable” for a police department to harass a law-abiding citizen while entirely ignoring dangerous criminals.” Ammo.com

That demonstrates that the police are cowards, and power hungry thugs, and thus look for the weakest link to attack and destroy. Cowardly bullies with nothing but cruelty and sadism in their hearts. But, how the phuck is this happening “legally” in the United States? It is called “Color of Law.” More often than not, civil asset forfeiture money is used for fun stuff for the department. To wit:

This level of hypocrisy is difficult to understand for the average sheeple outside of “law enforcement.” This level of open hypocrisy creates a corrosive and perverse psychotic break in the personality of all LEOs.

These modern “SWAT” team mentality military/LEOs earn their “respect” at the end of a gun barrel and their shiny badges, like five years old bullies on the school-ground intimidating a smaller opponent. These dysfunctional men enter a grossly exaggerated world of “hypermasculinity and pseudo Alpha Males”, where masculinity is measured by the size of their dicks and the size of their muscles, not the size of their Heart, or Love, Compassion or Mercy, or even their intelligence. The promise of unlimited sexual opportunities, the promise of complete domination over the body and minds of helpless drivers, the promise of complete lawlessness without prosecution, can thus attract to “law enforcement” many ‘desirable recruits’ [this is code talk for psychopaths, sadists and pedophiles] who will willingly fall in line with the psychopolitical brainwashing. So where’s the public outrage?” theatlantic.com Where is the cry for, “Wives Live Matter”, for “Children Lives Matter.” “Two studies have found that at least 40% of police officer families experience domestic violence, in contrast to 10% of families in the general population. A third study of older and more experienced officers found a rate of 24%, indicating that domestic violence is 2-4 times more common among police families than American families in general. A police department that has domestic violence offenders among its ranks will not effectively serve and protect victims in the community. The covering up of this police violence against their own families is a crime against the very society that hired them to “protect and serve” the public. A bit hypocritical, wouldn’t you say?? “Domestic violence is always a terrible crime, but victims of a police officer are particularly vulnerable because the officer who is abusing them:

• has a gun,

• knows the location of battered women’s shelters, and

• knows how to manipulate the system to avoid penalty and/or shift blame to the victim.

VAWnet has compiled a “Police Family Violence Fact Sheet” that demonstrates the high level of mysogyny and psychotic behavior by police officers, and police departments that protect the criminal police. It demonstrates a complete absence of morality, respect, or love for women that happen to be the wives of these officers. Wives of police officers who are the victims of violence receive a doubleplusgood dose of humiliation and degradation from the Law Enforcement institution, that so hypocritically boasts, “To protect and to serve” as written on their patrol cars. Even for me, to read this fact sheet, was shocking to my conscience. It confirms my suspicions of many years.

“Expose the department to civil liability.” Let’s take a look at that statement. The “Police Department is part of the overall corporate structure. All corporations seek to maximize their profit and protect themselves from liability for actions by their “private contractors.” Thus even the remote possibility of being sued for domestic violence, and the potential commercial liability, must be protected against using any and all means necessary. When threatened, the police “circle the wagons” and engage in a false “honorable silence.” Camus. Which, confirms one thing, there is “honor” among thieves. Remember the Law of Necessity? Hey!!! what happened to “Serve and Protect!! Hypocrite Whores. Indeed, a nation of Pigs, Whores, Cowards, Snitches and Traitors. And with myopic aplumb, the police wonder why people have a seething rage and disrespect for their trade. So we have the police attacking the colored poor and women while protecting and enriching the corpor-nation, and engaging in all manner of crime while hiding behind the “civil asset forfeiture laws.”

Power and immunity from prosecution for their crimes will seduce the most level headed human being. But the effect of power on a sadistic, psychopath LEO will corrupt his heart and Soul to the core with a corrosive violence against all of humanity, but specifically against the “weaker sex”, and the downtrodden, the poor of color. It has created a cruel and sadistic environment of behavior within the circles of Law enforcement.

Here is a philosophical question. What are the effects of the corrosive corruption of the Law Enforcement Institution nationwide, on the American sheeple? Who will protect the average citizen from these “closet criminals?” Several years ago we had a local incident where a “Stater” overstepped his boundaries and arrested his own pregnant wife over an argument, not a crime, and in the process broke her arm. Do you think he got accused of any crime? Silly me!!! Like a pedophile priest, he just got transferred to a different locale. Fresh meat!! Don’t ask, don’t tell!!!

What are the essential characteristics of the Police Matrix? The illusion of due process has been maximized and used to pacifiy the sheeple on the plantation, and to maximize the efficiency with which it imprisons its’ own citizens. The ancient custom of “habeas corpus”, show me the body of the injured man or woman, has been repeatedly raped and discarded like a nothing on the side of the road. In fact, the entire Bill of Rights has been repeatedly ravaged by the greatest Pimp of All, the Patriot Act, and tossed onto the crap pile of failed experiments. “The American public largely accepts the USA PATRIOT Act as a part of civic life as immutable, perhaps even more so than the Bill of Rights. Next, it’s important to remember the environment in which the USA PATRIOT Act was passed: Post-9/11. It is not the slightest bit of exaggeration to label the environment in which the PATRIOT Act was passed as “hysterical,” nor is “compliant” a misnomer for the Congress of the time. Opposition to the Act was slim and intensive review of one of the most sweeping Acts of Congress in American history was nonexistent. The entire passage of the PATRIOT Act, from start to finish, took place behind closed doors. The Police Matrix – Prelude to Part II

Individuals can and do reach “enlightenment”, however, institutions do not. Institutions do not learn from history and as such are bound to repeat the same mistakes in their quest to protect their national hegemony. This national hegemony is based on the best facades available. Power only serves Power. The Art of the Facade is the most important action for institutions to engage in. All governments worship at the Altar of Image. Historically, all dick-tay-tor-ships have self-proclaimed themselves to be “republics.” “The official name of the modern state is the “People’s Republic of China.” wikipeia.org. A bit ironic, don’t you think?? Remember the U.S.S.R? The “R” stands for Republic. For a complete list of countries calling themselves republics, go to: World Population Review – Republic Countries 2020 Perhaps the brutal truth of admitting and calling themselves “dictatorships” would be to politically incorrect for the sheeple. After all, the greatest “past-time” for humans is self-deception.

There are many nations that use the word “Republic” in their official names. However, not all of these nations have a republic form of government. In the same sense, not all nations that actually have a republic form of government have the word “Republic” in their names. The use of the term “republic” is a pacifier. Using the term “republic” in the title of a country has become a perverse and psychotic mind f@#ck game. A bit moronic, wouldn’t you say?? So I must ask the Big Kahuna Question, is the United States a “republic?” The original intent may have been to found a republic, however, this only lasted about one nanosecond before Martial Law, the Law of Necessity over-rode and usurped “this Constitution for the united states of America.” To my best estimation, the United States is an OLISTRATCOR, Oligarchy, Stratocracy [rule by military officer] and Corpor-nation. All CORPOR-NATIONS are fascist states. I know, I know how painful this is for you. The key is going to be to dislodge your head from your proverbial ass and finally be able to breath some clean, fresh air. At first you will get dizzy, but you must perservere. Some of you first timers may actually get frightened and stick your head right up there again. Trust me, after the first time it gets easier. Hey, don’t blame me if you can’t handle authentic Truth.
