We are all aware of the imposed limitations on the two party debates, and relish the open debates provided by this grass roots organization. As we approach this election (days away), this will be the final Presidential debate in the 2024 election series, and it will most likely stand out as such!

The debate will be moderated by Christina Tobin and former U.S. Comptroller General & No Labels Co-Founder David Walker. It will be broadcast live on Scripps News, C-SPAN, Rumble, CiVL, KPFK Radio, Free Speech TV and The Free & Equal Network.

Free & Equal typically extends debate invitations to qualified candidates who meet the following criteria:
1) Constitutionally eligible to serve as President.
2) Have obtained ballot access in a sufficient number of states to have a mathematical chance of securing the Electoral College majority in the upcoming election or received more than 2% in a national poll.
