Hospital quickly reinstates Cardiologist it fired for Chairing Federal Vax Panel

“Trusted colleague” called as Kirk and Kimberly Milhoan was coming back to U.S., inviting him to “continue in his position.”  “We are truly humbled by all who came to Kirk’s defense.” ~Kimberly Milhoan

The hospital that allegedly fired a pediatric cardiologist in response to a mob who opposed his role in a federal vaccine advisory panel has “un-fired” him, according to his wife, citing the “intervention” of a “trusted colleague.”

Kimberly Milhoan updated supporters of Kirk Milhoan, who has chaired the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices for less than two weeks but presided over its changed recommendations for hepatitis B inoculation, while the couple was on a layover coming back from a medical conference in Hong Kong.

“A trusted colleague from Kirk’s institution reached out to Kirk during the day Thursday after hearing what happened, expressing his support and pledging intervention,” Kimberly wrote. “I cannot tell you what that phone call meant to me. He is a man of integrity and has my gratitude.”

The colleague “called back to invite Kirk to continue in his position when we were in the airport, about to leave Hong Kong,” she said. “We are truly humbled by all who came to Kirk’s defense.”

Several sources have identified Milhoan’s institution as Driscoll Children’s Hospital, and a Texas healthcare system also identifies his practice as Driscoll Physicians Group, though the couple themselves have not identified it. When Just the News called the physicians’ practice, Driscoll Children’s answered the phone.

A source in contact with Kimberly shared a text from her with Just the News, which identifies “Dr Langley, surgeon at CDH,” as the person behind Kirk being “invited to return to his role.” That appears to refer to Stephen Langley.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
