ER Editor: A reminder that the NHS is a colossus in the UK, which has just changed its constitution. People have always venerated it, until it became the enemy of the people during Covid. Then we discovered what outrages were being perpetrated by it, as we did with institutionalized medicine everywhere. Now suddenly it’s made a PARADIGM SHIFT on gender and biological sex. Huge.
