ER Editor: See our most recent post on Burke being suddenly let out of Mountjoy Prison last Wednesday, after having been jailed ‘indefinitely’ before Christmas. He promised to return to work last week and did so on Thursday and Friday. Today being the third day of returning fruitlessly, the police have now arrested him. Burke makes his pitch in a 5-minute tweeted video below.
A reminder that Burke is pushing for his constitutional rights to be addressed in court. Which is what the courts are avoiding. Instead, he is being charged with trespass and contempt of court. Gript media below explains the legal steps taken against Burke since last Friday.

BREAKING: Teacher Enoch Burke arrested again at Wilson’s Hospital School after refusing to affirm transgender ideology. This morning Enoch Burke was arrested by Gardaí, forced into a Garda car and taken to the High Court in Dublin. He refused to comply with Principal Niamh McShane’s demand that he use the “they” pronoun for a male student. No School Principal has the right to make such a demand. The courts have utterly failed to uphold Enoch Burke’s constitutional rights. Anti-Christian transgender ideology is being forced upon children in every school in this country. True Christians can never bow to this ideology. God is clear – male and female created He them. Teacher Enoch Burke has spent over 560 days in Mountjoy Prison. Judge Brian Cregan released Enoch last week, only to bring him back this week, making him a scapegoat to the nation.

BREAKING: Enoch Burke arrested again

Enoch Burke has been taken into custody again in advance of a High Court sitting this morning, at which the court is expected to determine whether he will be committed back to prison.
The arrest followed a direction issued on Friday by Justice Brian Cregan.
Burke is to be informed today whether his continued breaches of a court-imposed prohibition on entering the grounds of Wilson’s Hospital School in County Westmeath will result in his return to custody.
Burke had just been released from prison 5 days ago on January 14th.
Addressing the High Court, Mr. Justice Brian Cregan explained that, having reviewed the documentation submitted in Burke’s most recent legal proceedings, he concluded that additional time was required to fully consider the matters arising and to adequately prepare for the case.
The judge also cautioned that any further attendance by Burke at the school could lead to his recommittal to custody.
On the 14th, Justice Cregan observed that the former German and history teacher at Wilson’s Hospital School in County Westmeath – who has served a total of 560 days in prison for failing to comply with a court order – has an “unparalleled ability” to shoot himself in the foot.
Burke was released notwithstanding his stated intention to return to the school, which he maintains remains his place of employment and one he is entitled to attend. The judge stressed that the decision to release him was made on the understanding that he would stay away from the school, and that a breach of that understanding would result in his return to prison.
