NOTES
Lawyer Ian Clayton has uncovered evidence of a meeting that took place on January 12, 2022, called by the National Police Chiefs Council. ALL chief constables were present (he itemizes them), including military figures. Five others were there, whose names have been redacted. This meeting concerned Operation Talla and the crime# 6029679/21 from the case Mark Sexton and 3 other colleagues initiated on Dec. 20, 2020, which made serious allegations against the government’s handling of Covid and the vaccines.
All senior police were there. No mention was made of what victims and whistleblowers, nor top experts, were saying. People were simply labelled as ‘anti-vax’, etc. The meeting discussed shutting it all down – all questioning, police complaints and legal action. They all knew the substance of Sexton &Co’s evidentiary claims as part of their criminal case that had been opened.
This led to the Speirs Directive on Jan. 25 in Scotland. Asst. Chief Constable Alan Speirs ordered police not to accept evidence of any harms to do with Covid handling nor the vaccines. This instruction was disseminated from the very top down to shut down investigation and inquiry.
There is no separation of powers and it’s all still going on. Did they conspire to pervert the course of justice at this meeting? We don’t have a functioning police force that is fit for purpose. They let it happen not only to the public but to their own families.
This has to have happened in other countries, too.

This is what ER put out towards the end of 2025 concerning Operation Talla —

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
