Rep. Tim Burchett has drawn attention to advanced beings coming from at least 5-6 deep underwater locations. Alien craft using advanced technology have been witnessed in these areas; US military whistleblowers confirm this.

Dr. Salla is aware of this type of senior military whistleblower testimony. US Congress has already received their testimony on record. Burchett’s reveal is remarkable as it is one of the best-kept secrets on what the US Navy has been working on in the Atlantic. There is an Area 51-equivalent there called AUTEC (Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center), on Andros Island in the Bahamas. This is the area of the so-called Bermuda Triangle. This is a top-secret submarine base that is not part of US territory. (see map) It’s also an area where many people have seen underwater UFO’s coming and going. Salla has two witnesses who have been there; interestingly, their testimonies come 40 years apart.

Clayton Morris: These can be called ‘Secret Space Programs’ even though they’re underwater. Salla assents.

Salla’s primary whistleblower, JP, recalls having been taken there in his days in the military, as part of a diplomatic mission to retrieve an artefact. He was taken there by Nordic ET’s in a highly sophisticated submarine that may have also been able to fly out of the water. They were taken to an underwater city under a dome that looked a lot like Dubai, with a large white pyramid in the middle (this account can be found in an article by Salla from August 2022 on his website).

Salla’s second testimony comes from the drawing of someone who was 10 years old in 1979 (we wonder if Salla is speaking about Charles Moyen, a French ‘experiencer’ or alien contactee). He was part of the Secret Space Program (SSP), which would identify talented children to recruit. In a dated drawing, he described an underwater city with 3 domes, which serves as corroboration of JP’s testimony. Both have located this site as part of the Bermuda Triangle. This man, who was 10 years old in 1979, returned to his parents’ home in Paris with sand on his feet.

CM: We’ve now heard from US admirals on the record as interacting with these craft that emerge from the water.

Salla: A team of Russian special forces divers reported seeing a group of 10 feet tall, luminous beings rise up from under the water in Lake Baikal. They were instructed to capture one of these beings, but ended up being repelled by some sort of energy weapon, which sent them to the surface of the water too fast causing their deaths.

The September 9 Congressional hearing saw several new whistleblowers step forward, who talked about sightings during their military service (see video). One craft was seen to be hit by a weapon; the craft then split into four pieces. This is common according to Salla, to see such craft split into pieces, only to become whole again. This indicates the craft has a kind of plasma consciousness. (see our featured image)

Whistleblowers have long been shut down through threats and intimidation. There is a need for whistleblower protection in order that their stories can be made public. Those who have no real public profile are easily silenced through assassination.
