All Trump challengers in single digits as ‘The Donald’ sweeps Poll primary field

The general matchup shows Trump poised to defeat President Joe Biden, earning 47% support to the incumbent’s 43%.

Former President Donald Trump is on course to crush his Republican rivals in the race for the GOP nomination, commanding clear-majority support from the party electorate while none of his challengers have managed to individually clear single-digit support.

In the latest Emerson College survey, Trump claimed 64% support compared to former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, who placed second with 9%. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis placed third with 8% while tech mogul Vivek Ramaswamy and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie took 5% and 3% respectively.

The results marked a 5% surge in support for Trump over the survey’s October iteration, a 1% hike for Haley, no change for DeSantis, a 2% jump for Ramaswamy, and a 1% drop for Christie.

The general matchup shows Trump poised to defeat President Joe Biden, earning 47% support to the incumbent’s 43%. When the survey includes Green Party candidate Jill Stein and independents Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Cornel West, Trump’s lead expanded somewhat.

In that scenario Trump earned 42%, Biden 36%, and Kennedy 7% while West and Stein each earned 1% support.

Conducted Nov. 17-20, the survey questioned 1,475 registered voters and has a credibility interval of +/- 2.5%.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
