ANGEL MOM – DACA AN ILLEGAL FRAUD, CONGRESS MUST DO THEIR JOBS, DEFEND AMERICA

DACA is an illegal fraud being perpetrated against the American people by Dems and RINOs in Congress. Angel Mom Mary Ann Mendoza calls out the cowards putting US citizens in harms way
Angel Mom Mary Ann Mendoza lost her son, Mesa AZ Police Sergeant Brandon Mendoza, to an illegal alien drunk driver, who was intoxicated at three times the legal limit, high on meth, and who had been driving the wrong way on four different freeways for 35 miles. She’s not interested in providing special privileges for DACA illegals.
She’s asked how she feels now that President Trump has ended his openness to making a DACA deal with Democrats due to their unwillingness to compromise and allow construction of a protective border wall. She believes that the offer never should have been extended in the first place, saying, “Our politicians don’t have to negotiate or offer anything in exchange for doing their job, which is protecting American citizens.” [[WATCH VIDEO BELOW]]
Mendoza says, “The left and the media have given illegal aliens a voice in our country, in our politics and in our news that they have no place being in. These people are illegal aliens who have entered our country illegally and that’s the end of the argument.”
She notes that “The DACA program is not an easy yes or no fix, because it’s wrought with fraud, there are people who are not contributing members of our society who are DACA participants. They are on welfare, they are on food stamps, they are getting assistance in housing, they get free health care.”
She points out how there are many criminals on the program, that “they are allowed to commit up to two misdemeanors and how their attorneys often successfully argue down the charges from felonies so that they aren’t kicked out.
Asked about legal immigration, Mendoza points out the reality that “Our country is overburdened with illegal aliens who are in our country, so it only makes sense to cut legal immigration at this time when we have to figure out how we’re going to close our borders, protect our citizens, and keep the United States the great country that it was.”
She uses the demise of California as an example of America’s future if we don’t get serious about dealing with this problem from an America first perspective. She describes the redistribution of wealth by the communist Democrats into legal defenses and sanctuary cities as insanity.
“Our border patrol has a job to do,” says Mendoza, “and they were hired for a job and they need to be able to do their job, protect us, secure our borders. And our Congress and Senators need to get off their duffs and do the job that they were elected to do, and that is to protect us. And they are doing far from it when all I hear out of their voices is how much they are wanting to protect illegal aliens in our country who are committing crimes.”
Unfortunately DACA isn’t really dead, despite President Trump’s claims. It’s still fully operational due to the declaration of a single, usurping leftist federal judge who, in his position as a black-robed tyrant, chose to usurp the President of the United States and declare himself the President when it comes to matters of immigration.
District Judge William Alsup, a California judicial agitator appointed by the husband of Hillary Clinton took the matter out of the President’s hands, where the Constitution placed it and handed it to himself.
