Biden Rambles Incoherently About ‘Prostitution,’ Wants to ‘Draft’ Nominee’s 16-Year-Old Son

Train Wreck Appearance

Joe Biden made a doozy of an appearance at the White House Rose Garden on Monday, where he announced his nominee for ‘AFT’ [actually, ATF] director: U.S. Attorney Steve Dettelbach.

Biden kicked things off by botching the acronym of the agency, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, better known as the ATF.

One Bidenesque passage  is so incoherent you can barely make out what he is saying.

Biden bumbled and then blurted out something about tobacco industries being immune to ‘prostitution,’ before quickly correcting himself.

(Joe apparently doesn’t know his administration gave a number of pharmaceutical companies blanket immunity under Covid.)

But the most disturbing part came when Biden said he wanted to ‘draft’ his nominee’s 16-year-old son. Watch:

“If he’s 16-years-old, I want to draft him,” Biden said about his nominee’s son.

Biden also pushed gun control during his announcement, specifically stating that his administration intends to ban “ghost guns.” He even showed one at the event.

Despite calling for his ATF Director to push more gun control, this isn’t the first appearance where Biden has mixed up the name of the agency that enforces such regulations.

Last April, President Biden nominated David Chipman for “AFT” director. Not just once, but twice did he botch the agency acronym.

“Finally, the Bureau of Alcobol, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, the key agency enforcing gun laws, hasn’t had a permanent director since 2015,” Biden bumbled. “Today, I am proud to nominate David Chipman to serve as the Director of the AFT.”

“David knows the AFT well,” Biden added.

In September, the White House withdrew the nomination of Chipman after it came under fire for his nominee’s views on gun control.

“Unfortunately, Republicans in Congress have made clear that they intend to use gun crime as a political talking point instead of taking serious steps to address it,” Biden said at the time.

Biden’s latest nominee Dettelbach faces a tough road to confirmation, as CNN conceded on Monday. The ATF has operated under acting directors since 2015, due in part to the political difficulty of confirming directors who support stricter gun control measures.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
