France: THREE ‘Terrorist’ Attacks in a Month Coincide Perfectly with Lockdowns

Pam Barker | Director of TLB Europe Reloaded Project

UPDATE: Dr. David Nabarro of the WHO, once again, is advising AGAINST lockdown. See WHO Special Envoy On COVID Reiterates Caution Against Lockdowns As Primary Virus Plan:

The British doctor went on to recommend a robust test, trace and isolation system as the priority for government response with lockdown being “the reserve that you use to take the heat out of the system when things are really bad.”

Could somebody please tell the French government?

Yesterday, Oct 29, another grim terrorist attack took place on French soil, the third one within 5 weeks, this time in Nice, a Mediterranean resort town that carries memories of the infamous terrorist attack-by-truck of 2016.

According to RT, the assailant, a 21-year old Tunisian man, Brahim Aouissaoui, had entered the EU via Lampedusa Island (Italy) on September 20, where he was quarantined for two weeks, and came to Paris on October 9. Yesterday morning (Oct 29), he travelled by train to Nice, changed his clothes at the station, and then went directly to the impressive Catholic cathedral, the Basilica of Notre Dame, where he took the lives of three victims over the next 30 minutes. Two had deep throat wounds that are being likened to ‘decapitation’ in the media (technically, they are not); the other died of stab wounds after fleeing the church. After threatening police (he had three knives on him), he survived being tasered and shot at.

Taking a long train journey, changing clothes and then heading straight to the cathedral makes him appear a man on a mission:

Nice’s mayor, Christian Estrosi, also told local media that the attack bore the same “modus operandi” as a grisly beheading of school teacher Samuel Paty earlier this month, who was apparently killed for sharing a cartoon of the Prophet Mohammed to students as part of a class discussion on freedom of expression.

We remind readers that Nice was the scene of a truck mowing down bystanders on the famous Promenade des Anglais (see image), a wide pedestrian pathway on the sea front, on July 14th, 2016, the French public holiday of ‘Bastille Day’. Over 77 people lost their lives with another 20 injured. The state of emergency that was already in place, granting the government extraordinary powers, was extended. 10,000 armed personnel remained on the streets of France under Operation Sentinel. Gearoid O Colmain reports from this time how, suspiciously, CCTV footage from the surveillance cameras in this public area was ordered to be destroyed:

A report in 21st of July edition of Le Figaro newspaper states that France’s anti-terrorist executive (sous-direction anti-terroriste – SDAT) has ordered Nice’s urban surveillance authorities to destroy all CCTV footage of the Nice Attacks on Bastille Day that rocked the city on the 14th of July 2016.

Although SDAT have cited articles 53 and L706-24 of the prosecution procedure and article R642-1 of the penal code, authorities in Nice interviewed by Le Figaro say that it is the first time they have ever been asked to destroy evidence at a crime scene – something they point out is illegal.

The explanation given by the French Ministry of Justice is that they don’t want ‘uncontrolled’ and ‘non-authorised (non maîtrisée) diffusion of the images of the terrorist attacks.

In this piece from the time, Peter Koenig boldly considers the curious, false flag aspects of the attack: Nice – 14th July – Lie Propaganda in Overdrive – Murder Is the New Normal.

We further remind readers that, just coincidentally, at the moment of this truck attack taking place, photographer Richard Gutjahr just happened to be in a hotel room nearby, filming it at the precise moment it took place. His wife was/is a Mossad employee. He also turned up, just by chance we’re sure, at the Munich shooting a mere 8 days later, on July 22, 2016, in which a ‘lone gunman’ Ali David Sonboly shot up a shopping centre killing nine people.

Such is the terrorist history associated with Nice.

Today, October 30, 2020, France enters a second general lockdown, with some differences being that children can still go to school and certain public services will remain open, with as many working from home as possible. Similar to the devastating two-month lockdown from March to May, people have to remain at home, only leaving for school or authorized work with an officially signed authorization form; otherwise, you can only go out for an hour to go to the doctor, walk the dog or do your shopping – all within your local area. The new kicker for parents is that masks are compulsory from the age of SIX, not eleven as it was before. Parents on Facebook are furious, needless to say. The new lockdown has received sharp criticism from France’s top business organization, Medef, which estimates a loss of 50 to 75 billion euros in GDP during November.

And this repeats a pattern already noted at the end of September and during October: when a lockdown or curfew is announced, immediately there is a ‘terrorist’ attack. See this Twitter comment from yesterday by independent French analyst, Youssef Hindi:

Translation: Announcement of curfew: attack the day after. Announcement of lockdown: attack the day after. The conspiracy theorists are going to end up believing that the terrorists and coronavirus are in cahoots.

In a report we published on October 19 titled Is France Experiencing ‘Terrorist’ Distraction Before a Second Nation-Destroying Lockdown is Announced?, we had reported on the late-September, targeted lockdown of Marseille, the home of Prof. Didier Raoult, as well as the general 9pm – 6am curfew in October. Both events were just preceeded by ‘terrorist’ attacks. This concerning Marseille:

… We remind readers of the late September ‘terrorist’ attacks in Paris: a bomb threat at the Eiffel Tower on Wednesday, September 23 and the knife attack outside the Charlie Hebdo offices on Friday, two days later. THEN Marseille and some other cities went into selective lockdown, to much protest from local residents and the business community on SATURDAY. Marseille is also the home of Prof. Didier Raoult; this all felt like a targeted attack against Marseille. See our report, “Terrorists” Show Up on Cue as France in Meltdown Over Virus Restrictions.

And this concerning the curfew of October 17th, with the murder of schoolteacher Samuel Paty the late afternoon prior:

Selected cities in France went under a 9pm – 6am curfew starting this past Saturday for one month. Completely nonsensical and arbitrary, based on inflated, false statistics and the PCR test that is by now notorious for not being able to do the job required of it.

Just as this was about to get underway, with Friday night restaurants completely full as maskless diners ate and socialized One Last Time, Samuel Paty, a high school teacher was decapitated around 5pm in an area a little way outside of Paris, for having shown students caricatures of the prophet Mohammed as part of classwork. The perpetrator, an 18 year old of Chechen origin, who may have been stalking the teacher and who, according to today’s RT report from the government, had launched a fatwa against Paty, wound up dead, shot by police; a number of people connected to him were arrested through the weekend. So news was predictably occupied with that through the weekend; meanwhile, a rally took place in Paris on Saturday to show support for this teacher (see RT video below). A venue and scene similar to the post-Charlie Hebdo rally on January 11, 2015 according to the RT report. The Charlie Hebdo shootings were labelled ‘France’s 9/11.’

This was dramatic and tragic news of course, but inflated by the possibly incorrect word choice ‘decapitation’. No evidence we’ve seen has actually testified to this. Upping the drama is what makes these events take on new significance, terrorising an already virus-frightened public.

Now, we have the perfect reason to deploy thousands of soldiers to the streets, as people are, once again, more or less locked in their homes while the economy takes a second nosedive, with all the attendant human cost. And all for a virus akin to a normal flu outbreak. Controlled demolition.

What does it take to get these people removed from office?

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
