Good Ol’ Down Home Fake News

When President Trump points at CNN during a rally, and says, “Fake News” the Main Stream media makes a very big deal out of it. Thousands show up to filled football stadiums cheering the President on. They wear their MAGA hats, because frankly that just about the only place they safely can! They hang on every word but the Fake News Media won’t even swing the cameras around to show the crowd.

On election night polls were shown hour after hour as Hillary packed her bags for the White House. Unfortunately the also were forced to run the election results, and as state after state turned red they turned red in the face. I particularly enjoyed the host on “The Young Turks” cussing and spitting as the Democrats started crying like babies in a nursery. That was . . . special.

Now this! Please see the picture above. Same news media, same story, customized to fit a particular market. Right there in black and white. There are ways to slant things to achieve the desired effect. Although the information is basically the same, there is a vast gulf between telling a lady that her beauty is timeless and saying her face could stop a clock!

It is practically impossible for someone to be on the spot, speaking as much as Donald Trump does, and not make a misstatement. MSM fact checks every comma, every breath, yet when James Comey lies to a committee seven times in seven minutes they’re out to lunch!

And the mantra of the left, “Not my president!” No! HILLARY is not your president! Obama neither! And 2020 ain’t looking good Bros. The first part of the week you were going to run a communist, and by Friday you fell in love with a child molester. The President can’t even shake his daughter’s HAND without you fact checking her security clearance.

And what have the Democrats DONE since taking the House? Nothing but stir up dust and feed more lies and leaks to the Fake News Media. We are a nation of “scanners.” Main Stream Media knows this! They design stories around that. You read the headline and maybe the first paragraph. Maybe! Supposedly if you continue to read the story it will drill down on more facts, but that’s been out the window for years. More often than not the story has little or nothing to do with the headline.

And then there’s inflation and deflation. Three hundred Christians are murdered by ISIS on Easter Sunday and nowhere that I know of did the MSM even use the word “Christian! Fifty or so Muslims get shot in New Zealand, and I thought someone was gonna have to shoot the reporters to shut them up.

And please don’t tell me you’re relying on Fakebook for news. It has more filters than a vodka distillery. The Butcher Shop is forming a coalition of good, reliable alternative news sources. We aren’t the largest but we do have reach, and when we serve meat, you get meat, not veggie burgers. We get caught with our pants down now and then, but we will own up to a mistake. Let’s just see if the likes of CNN can measure up to THAT standard, or if they’ll keep going on about the dragons in the kitchen.
