America, once the wealthiest and most prosperous country on this planet, sits teetering on the precipice of economic collapse. We quickly approach a point where the middle class is an extinct concept … and the suffering and poverty grows daily.
Yet we support (either overtly or covertly) a military presence in over 150 nations today. Over fifty cents of every dollar collected by this government is spent either directly or indirectly on the military, or military related endeavors.
While our infrastructure crumbles.
While more and more Americans wander the streets hungry and homeless.
While humanitarian and social services to those deserving and truly in need are scaled back.
Hidden from view are the many veterans who dedicated their lives and well-being to a nation they love and trusted, dying in neglect (in mass) from those who represent this nations corrupt leadership.
Will we fight yet another protracted war, in Syria, costing trillions of dollars we don’t have, money that could be better used to help the many Americans suffering today, as our country sinks further into a cycle of overwhelming debt that our Children’s children will suffer for?
Will our sons and daughters continue to die for causes that do nothing to protect or strengthen this nation?
Will our brothers and sisters be forced (under orders) to align themselves, or fight for the ultimate benefit of those who have afflicted so much suffering and pain on them and so many innocents across the middle east, only for the gains of global power elite?
Escalated military involvement in Syria could very well be the catalyst for WWIII, sparked of by either our, or the actions of Russia (Syrian regime ally), possibly facilitating the destruction of humanity itself. But even if we are lucky and do not trigger this scenario, and do eventually succeed in regime change (the ultimate goal of the elite caste) for the betterment of the Syrian people … Who will fill the power vacuum when we withdraw from another sovereign nation bombed back to the stone age by American military might?
All one need to is look at our successes (or insane lack of) in bringing freedom and Democracy to Iraq, Afghanistan or Libya to understand my last comment! Who is fighting the Syrian regime as we speak? Al Qaeda and associates (ISIS/ISIL) will be the only winners (as they already are in Iraq, Afghanistan or Libya) bringing more territory under their dark influence …
Will this make us some sort of allies in this fight (see attached article)?
What do our servicemen involved in a fifteen year struggle (with many lost lives) against this evil entity, think of this?
When is the last time you heard the phrase “Peace Demonstration” or ” Anti-War Rally”? Have we as a society become so dumbed down, Apathetic or Complacent that the thought of thousands of American servicemen, and millions of innocent civilians dying globally for the gains of a few greedy oligarchs, no longer means anything to us?
As America falters in her greatness at home, will our military be used once again to accomplish the goals of those who care nothing for, and swear no allegiance to We The People?
Have We The People truly lost our Conscience … ???
We The People do not send our representatives to Washington D.C. to serve a global elite, to fight their wars, to grow their power or fortunes … at the cost of American and other innocent lives. But this is exactly what we are now doing!
It is well past time to curb the power and influence these oligarchs exercise over our (supposed) leaders, and remind them that they serve us, and that this military machine wreaking havoc on the globe and draining the coffers of a dying America must be STOPPED!
It would seem that there is a growing number of those who serve this military, who think just this and are willing to risk their position and career to let a rogue Commander In Chief know.
So where is your testicular fortitude ???
Today we suffer an out of control Commander (Puppet) In Chief, an impudent or complicit Congress, and an oligarchical rule that has absconded with the power that truly belongs to us, the people … It is our DUTY to set this right, or prepare to live under an authoritarian rule the likes of which even Germany, Russia or Red China can not lay claim to.

US military revolt against Obama’s decision to “support Al Qaeda in Syria
A military revolt against the plan of the Obama administration to launch a potentially disastrous attack against Syria is gathering pace, with two senior officers and members of scheduled services who express their vehement opposition to what the United States s ‘entangled in the conflict. The reaction began to spread on social media yesterday with many military posting pictures of themselves holding up signs saying they would refuse to fight on the same side as Al Qaeda in Syria. Others have posted their photos on Twitter with the hashtag #IdidntJoin.
As the Obama administration prepares to present a draft resolution to legislators is far from “limited” in scope and would actually grease the skids for a war of indefinite duration, John Kerry and other officials State Department reported that Obama will simply ignore Congress if the vote no, and launch the attack anyway.
This will do little to reassure an increasing number of influential figures in the US Army, which become more and more recalcitrant that theUnited States are being lured into a new war in the Middle East.
The Washington Post reports that “the plan of the Obama administration to launch a military strike against Syria has received with serious reservations by many in the US military, which is struggling with the legacy of two long wars and a budget that shrinks rapidly, according to current and former officers. ”
Republican Congressman Justin Amash also said via Twitter: “I have heard many members of our armed forces. The message I’ve always heard is: Please vote no on military action against Syria. ” Amash’s statement was followed by a series of tweets military veterans who have also expressed their opposition to the attack.
Paul Szoldra of Business Insider also spoke of “sources that are either veterans or currently on active duty in the army,” and asked them if they supported the military escalation in Syria.
“Most responded with an emphatic NO” writes Szoldra.
He cites a first class of active sergeant said: “We are overwhelmed, tired and broken,” adding that the United States “(do not) need to be the police of the world.”
“Our involvement in Syria is so dangerous on many levels, and American veteran of the 21st century is more concerned to avoid it more than anyone. It is beyond my comprehension that we are ignored, “added the former Corporal Jack Mandaville, a veteran of the Marine Corps infantry with 3 deployments in Iraq.
There are no military personnel who publicly exposes his concerns, Politico reported that leakage of the attack plan that “emanate from the Pentagon bureaucracy less enthusiastic about an attack than, say, the Department State, National Security Council and Obama himself, “are part of unauthorized disclosures that have” irritated “the White House.
