Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) introduced legislation Tuesday designed to end the FBI and ATF coordinating with local enforcement to carry out “no knock raids” on gun owners.

Good’s legislation, the Federal Agent Responsibility Act, was co-introduced by Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA).

A press release, which Breitbart News possesses, made clear that Good is concerned that the ATF’s recent AR pistol stabilizer brace rule could “open the door for increased coordination between the ATF and local agents to perform no-knock warrants on law-abiding gun owners.” The Federal Agent Responsibility Act is intended to prevent such raids.

Good said, “The Biden Administration continues to weaponize every part of the executive branch to infringe on the rights of all Americans.”

He added, “Law abiding gun owners in my district and across the country should not live in fear that federal agents will come knocking at their door to confiscate their guns.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)

  1. Only in the current climate of rampant public ignorance, do we need a legislative bill to prevent an unconstitutional agency of the legislature from committing domestic terrorism against the People of the American nation…
How about this? How about whenever they show up with one of their fictitious “warrants”, if it’s lacking any constitutional requirements of a valid warrant, we place them under arrest then and their and then we go after the fraud pretending to be a judge who had the audacity to put his name on it, if it even has a proper signature and court seal, which 99% of them don’t.
No knock raid on my home in the middle of the night… Good luck to you, none shall survive.
