Joe Biden’s failures SLAMMED by Obama insider

Former Defense Secretary Robert Gates had grave words of warning for Americans about former Vice President Joe Biden.

by The Horn editorial team

Gates, who served under Biden and former President Barack Obama, appeared on CBS’ Face The Nation, where he was asked point blank if he thought Biden would be a good president.

He refused to answer — and his silence was a serious indictment on the current Democratic frontrunner.

Gates served on Obama’s staff for 3 years before officially retiring. He knows Biden better than anyone — and he refuses to back the longtime senator.

Gates stood by his comments that Biden has been “wrong on nearly every major policy and national security issue over the past four decades.”

“I think I stand by that statement.”

And although Gates said that Biden is a guy that is almost impossible not to like, he questioned Biden’s decision-making. Gates noted that during the course of the Obama era, Biden frequently had problems with the military, and that they disagreed on a numerous amount of tough decision such as Afghanistan.

President Donald Trump is leading the country at one of the most properious times in American history — but foreign policy is tough. Trump is locked in a tariff war with China as well conducting ongoing negotiations with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un — this all after eradicating the final ISIS strongholds.

he negotiations abroad are never pretty, but Trump has marked a shift in president’s of the past. The White House has gotten tough on foreign nations who mistreat America, something that Obama’s administration lacked sorely.

And Gates, who for 3 years got to see Biden in action, is suggesting that his election would be a step backward for America.

Gates also contended that Biden is probably too old run the country.

He had this to say: “I think having a President who is somebody our age or older, in the case of Senator Sanders is — I think it’s problematic. I think that you don’t have the kind of energy that I think is required to be president. I think — I’m not sure you have the intellectual acuity that you might have had in your sixties.”

When you consider Gates’ words, Trump’s nickname for Biden — Sleepy Joe — seems to make a lot more sense.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
