JUDGES aka ATTORNEYS IN BLACK ROBES – ARE ABOVE THE LAW

JUDGES aka ATTORNEYS IN BLACK ROBES – ARE ABOVE THE LAW

It is an incontrovertible fact that if any judicial oversight mechanism were functioning as intended, there would not be any judicial misconduct.

The fact of routine judicial misconduct and criminal conduct in our state courts is prima facia evidence that there is no judicial oversight whatsoever.

The heart of this problem goes all the way to our highest court – The Supreme Court of The United States.

I brought suit against a corrupt judge, not seeking monetary damage, but only that the federal court order the judge to uphold the constitution and provide fair due process to all future litigants. I sought only equitable relief.

I lay blame squarely on the shoulders of the Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States. If they were doing their job, judicial misconduct would not occur.

Their answer? They did not grant nor deny my motion to disqualify. Instead they did not rule in violation of the U.S.C.

Here is a link to my Motion To Disqualify docketed in the US Sup. Ct and available for download from the Supreme Courts website.

It is a very good read, and identifies the heart of the problem that must be corrected if we ever hope to restore justice in our courts.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 9+ years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
