KEN’S CORNER: As De Facto Government Power Increases, The Rights Of Men Decline

Government is the creation of men, not the other way around. The power of self governing is the premise of our American founders who envisioned a Constitutional Republic based on law. Without active participation, the nature of government will gravitate from servant to master as a de facto government, and is not legitimate, no matter how myopically tolerant, lazy or ignorant are the subjects.

According to Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th edition, a Government de facto is “A government of fact. A government actually exercising power and control as opposed to the true and lawful government, a government not established according to the constitution of the nation, or not lawfully entitled to recognition or supremacy, but which has nevertheless supplanted or displaced the government de jure. A government deemed unlawful, or deemed wrongful or unjust, which, nevertheless, receives presently habitual obedience from the bulk of the community.”

Martin Luther King is said to have promoted human rights by peaceful resolutions, the rule of Constitutional law. But there was another side to MLK where he promoted just the opposite in the face of our growing de facto government…

“We are a nation that worships the frontier tradition, and our heroes are those who champion justice through violent retaliation against injustice. It is not simple to adopt a credo that moral force has as much strength and virtue as the capacity to return a physical blow; or that to refrain from hitting back requires more will and bravery than the automatic reflexes of defense.” — Martin Luther King, Jr.

Education based on truth is not something we demand as a cohesive nation, where the uneducated and misinformed vote for promise, color, and a good speaking voice… Where over half of the population is now under some form of Government assistance. How very clever of them, our de facto government…

Not my Government, comes an amazing revelation, Title 8 USC 1101 (a)(37) that discusses what the “totalitarian party” is, where both parties participate. and Title 8 USC 1101 (a)(40), where the revolutionary movement of “world communism” is coordinated by international concerns, and shows full well what America has become.

As we are being prompted by propagandized hate and fear at every turn, war is looming. An overwhelming effort to promote justifications are filling the void in vacant minds who trust and hope that our so called system of government reflects the will of people. This presupposes that our nation has in and of itself a will of its own, which couldn’t be further from the truth.

If, or when we go to war, our entire world will be redistributed, the New World Order cemented, and we are drawn into this vortex without one stroke of denial, like bobbing heads on a dashboard. War for peace is a concept cleverly promoted, as international bankers who control not only our congress, but every person in the nation by duress, shows us we have no choice.

They make money by both destruction and reconstruction, and so it matters little who wins or loses. They care nothing for America, but a black bottom line, as is so evident in our recent down-turn. They will do everything in their power to suppress us, from dependence on foreign oil, our lack of manufacture, to a Federal Reserve who expands our national debt to be paid to them. Our state of enslavement is still not recognized by the general population who live in a state of denial in small living room microcosms lit by party-line propagandized television.

Author’s note: Once again, no other candidate is talking about these issues like Donald Trump. He cannot be bought, and is the only hope, so far, to bring America back to our original Republic premise, now displaced by the Liberal Progressive Marxism and their identical offshoot, Neo-Conservatism, found on both sides of the isle. Understand that, and you will find a way and means of purging it. They prop each other up, and promote the same Progressive agenda, bringing in European Socialism by increments. In the Progressive process, our Rights and freedoms are diminished by a top-heavy and domineering totalitarian government who promotes Democracy to the ignorant masses who have no inkling that America was founded to be a Republic, based on law.

Wonder why we can’t stop illegal’s entering our country? As Progressives see conservatism growing, the gates are opened to insure more liberals from Mexico and a balance is again struck that can more easily be managed.

As our de facto government has the violent ability to suppress anything that opposes it by both media coercion and aggressive force, it may be that Gandhi’s use of non-compliance is the best method of rebellion, a true American way that can only be accomplished by consummate organization. We have been told that America cannot have Trump, that he, or anyone else’s not under their yoke, will ever be allowed.

“The good people of this world are very far from satisfied with each other and my arms are the best peacemaker,” Samuel Colt said in 1852, referring to his famous revolver.

Will America wake up? Grow up? Is it too early to tell? Eat, drink, and be merry America, because no matter what happens, we will all get just what we deserve. It is the universal law of attraction, as ignorance breeds ignorance, so too does peace breed peace, knowledge breeds knowledge, where truth and justice are held in our traditional value systems. Systems that made us great. Break that, and the backbone of America is broken.

And so, as we are pulled by forces we cannot fathom, powerful entities with unlimited resources stolen from our future, unaccountable trillions printed out of thin air and put on our backs as debt, we must formulate the most pitiful of all questions any patriot might ask in the final hour: Are we going to fight for our master’s tyranny, or are we going to demand the return of our civil liberties and Constitution? Are we going to choose The Banner of Liberty, or the shackles of voluntary servitude? Will it be a war for corporate profit, or a war to regain our ability to self govern, as the blood and toil of our forefathers presented to us, their children, as a gift? I fear that decision is emanate. I fear that any decision will be a hard one, but my greatest fear of all is that the decision has already been made for us.
