Welcome back to LEARN 2 UNLEARN, where my composition sets the pace for a new ‘face’ of this show! This is something I wrote in and around the year 2000, and it one of my favorites.
As we move into the show segments, Steve, our producer explains that he is playing some of his best pool in his life… And of course that prompts me to tell him about ‘PRACTICE’… A little cute ditty.
MY PERSONAL THOUGHTS are first, a bare-bones, open-heart surgery of the times, and how everything is affecting me, and how I wish that everyone at ShakeAndWake Radio becomes a Family, and I share how I am getting so used to doing the shows for them and what it means to me.
“Gratitude” is probably one of the most important writings I have done in a while, taken from a story , actually one or two, that I put together and then inserted my own story on healing… It comes out loud and clear.
Dealing directly with our own insecurities is the best way to go, in this next short meme that I share, a strong example of inner growth, and pushing yourself to achieve. Gratitude is a great example, and I share.

A REASON, A SEASON or A LIFETIME is my next offering, a story I heard a long time ago, that explains what relationships are like and how you know which one they are, this really warms my heart. I have to share.
THE HEADDRESS is next, my uproar explained about a little boy with his face painted black and red, and he has a huge Native American Headdress on, one that is not only and obviously too big for him, but the fact remains that it is a ‘show’ of cultural mis-appropriation, and this needs to be said in a country whose people are slipping so fast into racism and confusion, also of the sexes!!
We change gears to head to ISRAEL and the double-play involved, ‘trying to save Gaza’, and also ‘sending them PHOSPHORUS bombs, playing both sides as usual … A very strong clip is played by and Israeli who has done her homework and has turned AGAINST HER OWN GOVERNMENT…
And in this clip, I hear this next poem ringing out, one that I read to everyone, and it is a father ‘under siege’, talking to his own son who is too young to understand, a heart-wrenching poem for all of us to hear, so we can at least empathize with their situation and keep staying LOUD…
And I also warn about IMAGES you see coming out of Israel, with their ‘make-up artists’ making fake wounds, making them look real, an arm ripped to shreds above the elbow, or a leaking bullet wound to the head…
The hypocrisy is astounding, how ‘those chosen’ get into their ‘private jets’ and fly, some 400 of them, to DUBAI for this ‘conference’, THE BIG LIE (again) on CLIMATE CHANGE, as they all pay themselves the trip and the luxury of that place, it is all absolutely sickening, watching the media personnel scrambling everywhere, all of this in an immaculate setting of perfect architecture and the ‘life of the rich’… I couldn’t even watch most of it. You can literally SEE the money being ‘wasted’…
The ROCKEFELLER INTRO is next, introducing, as promised, the Rockefeller segment talked about for months… and we will ‘attack this’ ~ explaining the damage he did to the American population, all on HEMP at the time, and we were, according to many, at that time, one of the healthiest nations on the planet… Well, we can’t have THAT… No, we need to sicken them, and now PROFIT from their sicknesses, by making hemp illegal, and pushing his petroleum products, or bi-products (refuse) there of. I am exposing the whole lot.
He is also the reason why women are ‘at work’ and the children ‘in prison in school and controlled.
