On yet another FUN-filled episode I start the show off with my announcement of a certain CALENDER in the bathroom that I ‘grew up with’ and my lack of one, or to be faithful in ‘flipping the pages’ … and forgot… ANNIE’S BIRTHDAY!!And THAT is the backdrop for the start of this week’s show! A ‘ShakeAndWake Radio celebration’!!
After a warm welcome-and-appreciation, we slide into the ‘Challenging Music Segment‘, and yes, I walk you all through it, and this is more than just a ‘melody’, GOA from John Powell (Bourne Supremacy soundtrack) is one that stayed with me from the hospital bed, looking at the clock for most of the day, practicing it from head to toe (trying to) and ends up being one of the largest Motivational Factors in all of my Healing to date…
This, followed by last week’s heartbreaking announcement of one of our friends in the chat losing their ‘Mr. Tom‘, so Nora, the Cat has a thing or two to say on our show.
My friend Rolling Bear and I love to talk about hardships and difficulites, keeping our radar sharp, and speaking about Holding On, and how some people cannot ‘let go’ of their ‘ill-ness(es) or dis-ease(s), while others…
…progress so fast and heal so quickly that we do not pay them any attention, don’t dwell on the negative, and in my case, forget it.
But my Loss of Music was intense, and I speak to this, a personal moment that I need to share, especially after GOA …
