Where’s Joe? That was the question on world leaders’ minds as they posed for a picture at the NATO summit. Watch:
President Biden was noticeably late to the group picture and it appears that U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson was among those missing Biden’s absence.

Earlier, reporters hurled questions at the president, who promptly ignored them. Watch:
“Biden arrives at NATO, but refused to take questions,” RNC Research tweeted. “Most other world leaders took questions.”
Fox News’ Jacqui Heinrich reported that the White House press pulled out the stops to keep him from answering questions.

She had earlier reported that Biden is the only world leader “who has not stopped to speak to press so far.”

Biden arrived for an emergency heads of state meeting at approximately 10 a.m. local time. He was received by NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.
The emergency meeting was the first of three major events on Biden’s calendar Thursday. Biden will also meet with the G-7 group and European Union officials. If they can find him.
