Northern Ireland politician Sir Jeffrey Donaldson arrested over historical sex offenses

ER Editor: News has just broke (29/3) that the leader of Northern Ireland’s Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) and career politician, Sir Jeffrey Donaldson, has hastily departed his political party, and been arrested and charged with historical sexual abuse. His social media and online presence have been wiped. Nick Griffin‘s tweets below set us digging and we found this article from 2021 on Donaldson’s former affiliation with infamous politician, mentor and homosexual pedophile Enoch Powell —

Donaldson, who became a political activist at 18, got to know Powell very well. Powell came over to the North most weekends. He usually returned on Monday mornings. One of Donaldson’s tasks was to drive Powell to the airport. The discussions in the car were  “politically orientated,” he has said. “He would talk about Parliament, about the 1974 period leading up to his resignation [from the Conservative Party], about British politics, about American politics. Sometimes, it would be completely different. He was a Greek classical scholar – you would get a lecture on the Elgin marbles. He wanted to help me get a foothold. It was real political apprenticeship”. …

In 2015, Powell was named in a Church of England review into historical child sex abuse concerning the 1980s. One of its spokespersons told the press that: “The name Enoch Powell was passed to Operation Fernbridge on the instruction of Bishop Paul Butler”. The information originally came from a cleric who has counselled child abuse victims in the 1980s. Last April [2018] Village gave Powell the benefit of the doubt insofar as these claims were concerned. In light of Richard Kerr’s account of his encounters with Powell – revealed here for the first time [i.e. July 2018] – that benefit must now be replaced with outright condemnation.

Donaldson was also associated with pedophile James Molyneaux of the Ulster Unionist Party (UUP) (mentioned in the article above, but the link doesn’t work) —

JEFFREY DONALDSON RESIGNS AS DUP LEADER AMID ALLEGATIONS

Northern Ireland MP Jeffrey Donaldson has resigned as leader of the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) with “immediate effect.”

The news came after Donaldson’s entire social media presence and website was found to have been abruptly deleted without warning or explanation this morning.

In a subsequent statement, the DUP has announced that Donaldson has resigned as party leader and that he has been suspended from party membership.

“The Party Chairman has received a letter from Sir Jeffrey Donaldson MP confirming that he has been charged with allegations of an historical nature, and indicating that he is stepping down as Leader of the Democratic Unionist Party with immediate effect,” the statement read.

“In accordance with the Party Rules, the Party Officers have suspended Mr. Donaldson from membership, pending the outcome of a judicial process.

“The Party Officers have this morning unanimously appointed Mr. Gavin Robinson MP as the Interim Party Leader.”

  1. well we all know, this is a world wide political mess. concerning the very rich, politicians and the thugs they higher. to get the kids.how many kids go missing every year,that they can’t seem to find.they sure can find anyone else they seem to want to find. Epstein’s little black book should be public. no redactions. all people of power. I guess they go to much money to have to worry about their crimes.
