Rudy Fires Back at New York Over Suspended Law License

‘America is not America Any Longer’

Rudy Giuliani fired back at the partisan judges who retaliated against him for election fraud claims he made while representing his client Donald Trump after the contested 2020 election. Giuliani made the comments to Newsmax in an interview with Greg Kelly on Thursday night.

“This is a Democrat decision by five judges who should be themselves investigated, because they’re destroying fairness,” Giuliani remarked.

“I’m not very happy about this. I love practicing law; it’s my passion. I’ve done it for 50 years,” he continued. “I’ve done it for 50 years without, I think, a single complaint ever. I’ve been involved in some of the most bitter litigation imaginable — never had charges like this — and I’ve had my life threatened any number of times for the cases that I brought that I think really helped my country.”

Giuliani got emotional as he discussed his passion for practicing law and defending justice in America.

“And I don’t appreciate these … I mean, it’s,” he added. “I don’t know exactly what I can’t say and what I can say.”

“All I can tell you is America is not America any longer. We do not live in a free state,” Giuliani said. “We live in a state that’s controlled by the Democratic Party, by [New York Gov. Andrew] Cuomo, [New York City Mayor Bill] de Blasio, and the Democrats.”

Rudy also blasted the political retribution as a “double standard.”

“There’s no doubt if I was representing Hillary Clinton, I’d be their hero,” he said. “I represented my client so effectively that they’re trying to get me to shut up, because they know what’s going to happen. They know what’s going to happen in Arizona, and they know what’s going to happen in Georgia.”

“They want this mouth shut.”

The court gave a rationale that Rudy Giuliani’s words undermined the legitimacy of Joe Biden’s presidency, a consideration that was never made once in any court about the fake Russia collusion claims and illegal campaign surveillance directed at Donald Trump.

“The only reason they’re not controverted is they didn’t let me controvert them,” Giuliani commented. “I’ve never had a hearing. I offered them the affidavits.

“First Amendment?” he asked.

The rule of law in America should never be applied according to whether or not someone agrees with another person’s politics. The Democratic Party is destroying the rule of law in America, and regardless of one’s personal opinion, the nation will be worse off for it.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
