Standing Rock: “What’s Next Is We Don’t Stop Fighting” #NoDAPL

“The USACE Denial of the easement is NOT a victory.”

– Chase Iron Eyes

Under Pres. Obama’s orders, Army Corps of Engineers denied Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) a permit to drill under the Missouri River yesterday. The announcement came on the same day 2,000 U.S. veterans arrived at Oceti Sakowin Camp in Standing Rock.

The Army Corps announcement took center stage in the media spotlight, drowning out the veterans arrival from public view.

Within hours, DAPL responded by saying they have no intention of obeying the law. They will continue building their illegal pipeline regardless of the 50,000 USD daily fine they will be required to pay as a penalty. DAPL’s decision was also silenced by the attention diversion.

The question now is whether President Obama will send in law enforcement or the military to halt DAPL from drilling without a permit. Otherwise, today’s announcement will have no enforcement. It will be seen as another US and corporate ploy to send home water protectors, and thousands of veterans now at Standing Rock Camp, where more than 10,000 are camped. – Brenda Norrell, Censored News

EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT FROM STANDING ROCK: DO NOT LEAVE THE CAMPS! – Lakota People’s Law Project

So The Black Snake will not be defeated easily and We The People have some very serious decisions to make.

Let’s talk about the Fort Laramie Treaty of 1868. The treaty is still legally binding and the land that DAPL is building on still belongs to the Lakota, Dakota and Nakota First Nations. It is not technically Army Corps land.

The land where the Oceti Sakowin Camp is presently established, was stolen by the U.S. Government not once, but twice. After stealing it the first time, the U.S. Government corporation sold it to foreign settler farmers. Later it was sold to big oil, in 2014.

The Black Snake does not want mainstream media to discuss the treaty laws because the mainstream media serves the same agenda as big oil.

“This isn’t the end of the fight,” says Chase Iron Eyes, a Lakota (Sioux) leader.

“It is a victory, but this is a beginning of a great fight… the beginning of the great awakening of us coming together. What’s next is we don’t stop fighting. Who is going to hold them accountable? We are.

WE ARE!

IT’S TIME

With the unity presently garnered at Standing Rock by First Nations people, we are being offered a precious gift, the very key needed to defeat tyranny in America and our world today. Peaceful, prayerful resistance is the answer.

It’s time to return to our roots. To walk in balance with all life, with the First Nations leading the way. Nobody has ever been better custodians of Turtle Island (America) than our Native American brothers and sisters.

Since veterans arrived at Oceti Sakowin Camp yesterday, there is an ever growing force of about 12,00 to 15,000 people gathered now at Standing Rock. And they are ready to endure the entire winter.

This is our golden opportunity. We have never seen this many Native tribes united and this unity reaches far beyond the Native Americans, to all people, of all nations on Earth. Our solidarity is revolutionary. We must now organize ourselves and set our sites on repealing all of the draconian, anti-terrorist laws that were passed in America after 9/11. We must repeal these truly terrorist “laws” that were designed only to enslave all of humanity and not just the American people.

We must also repeal every one of the treasonous executive orders passed by Obama, or we make these “laws” legal!

Long time TLB contributor Randy Maugans explained something to me that few Americans know. There is a law called the Tacit Agreement. It declares that We The People make these draconian laws legal by consent when we do not resist them. Not knowing the law, is literally no excuse. Silence is not an option. We do not have to know about the law for it to be enforced. Essentially, our silence is consent.

The Free Dictionary describes the Tacit Agreement thus:

Implied, inferred, understood without being expressly stated.

Tacit refers to something done or made in silence, as in a tacit agreement. A tacit understanding is manifested by the fact that no contradiction or  objection is made and is thus inferred from the situation and the circumstances.

I recommend listening to Randy’s broadcast here: Standing Rock Report: News From The Front Lines

We must not accept these laws! We must repeal them and no better time than now.

The First Nations people are proving their determination to defeat DAPL, but we must also defeat The Black Snake in it’s entirety.

First Nations must make their international treaty claim. They must do this while they are occupying the treaty territory of Oceti Sakowin Camp.

Even the treaties are not the end of this fight. We must repeal all U.S. laws that threaten not only our drinking water, but the overall survival of the entire human race.

Chase is absolutely correct. A chance like this may not come again:

“This is a cry for a new energy economy. An economy that values our precious resources, land, sacred sites, the bio-systems and ecosystems. All of this is our true source of wealth and national security.”

Do we want our future to be the total enslavement of mankind? Or, will be choose our collective uprising? Not choosing, is still a choice. It’s the choice of enslavement.

TAKE ACTION NOW!

Courtney reports from Standing Rock with vital information from the DeFund DAPL movement, that we all must hear. They are calling on at least one million people from around the world to close their accounts with banks funding the Dakota Access Pipeline.

“It’s time to stop asking and start demanding. Tell your bank, water is life. Mni Wiconi.”

Please listen to the amazing words of apology from the U.S. veterans to the Native American Lakota (Sioux) elders at Standing Rock upon arrival yesterday.

Guaranteed this was not covered by mainstream media!

I recommend watching my broadcast with Luca Majno, called THE BLACK SNAKE (Dakota Access Pipeline) a TLB Broadcast Part 1 & 2.
