Stop giving honest doctors a hard time! Reform the GMC!

Sign the petition and help raise the level of medical ethics

We received this from Dr Mohammad Adil, a surgeon with the NHS and founder-member of the World Doctors Alliance.

We are aware of the pressure placed on doctors to toe the line regarding the Covid hoax, an attack on the life, wellbeing and liberty disguised as a health emergency.

A very hard time was inflicted on those doctors who were brave enough to speak out for the good of their patients and the nation and that hard time often came though the GMC acting as an enforcer for the pharmaceutical-industrial complex.

We will forever be in debt to those brave medical professionals who risked all to speak out, for without their expert witness we might have remained unaware of the scientific and medical fraud  of the “health emergency” and the seriousness of the dangers of the experimental  biochemical agents being touted as “vaccines” and related crimes against the people.

It is therefore our pleasure to relay the following message and encourage you to spread it far and wide – and, of course, sign the petition.

GMC Reform Medical Act 1983 to Act 2022:

We the health professionals of all grades consider reform of the General Medical Council (GMC) extremely important for saving doctors, and the vital services they provide to patients, from undue harm caused by lengthy and often biased investigations , suspension and erasures.

Reform of the GMC, spurred by the Commons Health and Social Care Committee, and instigated by parliament, would restore fairness where doctors are brought before it.

The independence of doctors from political pressures, commercial interests, lobbying by ‘interests groups’ etc should be sacrosanct.  The ethical basis of medical practice must be recovered through the freedom a doctor should have in speaking for the patient.

We invite doctors and lay persons to sign this petition to improve health services. Over 100,000 signatures has been said to ensure a debate in the House of Commons.

The GMC has powers of dismissal, suspension or erasure from the register, resulting in loss of livelihood and effectively can put individuals on trial outside of the justice system. The current  GMC system is adversarial and  does not  protect the public nor improve medical practice.

Doctors are seriously harmed when the regulator decides to conduct an inquiry at short notice without mediation or warning by the IOT ( Interim Order Tribunal), or MPTS (Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service). Suspension orders and erasures from the GMC register can ruin not only their careers but also have massive effects on families, especially the children.

Many of those affected belong to ethnic minorities, who are in many ways, the back bone of the NHS. During investigations, health professionals suffer major financial hardship. Many leave the country, suffer mental distress or actual mental illness.  Some commit suicide or leave the profession. The long and laborious GMC investigations can last for years. Often, it seems they are purposely strung out to increase duress.

The GMC fails to protect the public from harm. Many doctors are engaged in ‘box ticking’ and focus through fear on self protection, rather than following the Hippocratic oath and following best practice.

In cases of serious  professional misconduct or other complaint, which is not resolved, the parties should approach the Courts of Justice at the expense of the GMC for the fair decision. Therefore, GMC should not have a power to impose conditions, dismissal, suspension or erasure of a health professional.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
