The Lockdown parasites – psychiatry feeds on pandemic misery

How the Lockdown drives business to the psycho-pharmacy- and how you can help prevent it

“Being detained, drugged and even shocked are dressed up in psychiatric spin to make them sound acceptable to the man in the street in the hope they go unchallenged and accepted without inspection. It’s brilliant marketing . . . “

Reaching out and helping a fellow human being who is experiencing mental difficulties during lockdown is an action that can warm the heart of both the giver and the receiver. Helping someone through a stressful time can even result in making a friend for life.

This however may not be the case when psychiatrists get involved. A recent alarming headline stated, ‘Psychiatrists fear ‘tsunami’ of mental illness after lockdown.’ While it’s a generally accepted perception that psychiatrists are the so-called ‘experts’ and the custodians of mental health, the reality of what they actually do to treat people in need is far more alarming than any headline.

The Coronavirus Act 2020 included temporary modifications to the Mental Health Act that made it easier to detain a person. Once detained, there is then the potential of enforced psychiatric ‘treatment.’ For a vulnerable person, this is far worse than any lockdown. The introduction of mind-altering psychiatric drugs that are often more potent than a narcotic, can drive one to violence and suicide.

If the drugs don’t ‘work,’ psychiatrists may turn to electroshock treatment which presents an even more alarming prospect. It’s a practice that’s been cleverly cloaked in medical legitimacy but has all the marks of physical torture methods.

Being detained, drugged and even shocked are dressed up in psychiatric spin to make them sound acceptable to the man in the street in the hope they go unchallenged and accepted without inspection. It’s brilliant marketing, but for the record, the Citizens Commission on Human Rights doesn’t buy the psychiatric spin.

While the stresses and uncertainties of this global situation can manifest in different ways, it would be a tragedy if the natural ‘fears’ of COVID-19 are defined as ‘mental disorders’ that could result in forced treatment.

If psychiatrists did something effective to help a person experiencing difficulties, the mental health industry would likely crash and go out of business. After all, it is a business, it’s profit-driven, and in its unholy alliance with the pharmaceutical industry relies on people being unwell and staying unwell.

By reaching out and helping each other navigate the restrictions and difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may bring a ray of hope to a person’s existence that prevents him or her from becoming a psychiatric patient for life. That makes you a life-saver.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
