This nation is known around the world as “incarceration nation”, with more people in prison, per capita and gross numbers, than even Russia and China, and yet has the hubris to call itself, “the land of the free and the home of the brave.” Talk about delusional. Hic est furor!! With roughly 4.4% of the worlds’ population, we incarcerate 25% of the worlds’ prisoners. 94% [Hedges] of those incarcerated never received a trial by jury, but rather were bamboozled by the prosecuting and defense attorneys into self-destructive plea bargains that deprived them of access to the law and destroyed any opportunity to appeal their cases.

“One of the first things to know when pleading guilty or no contest, is that you’re effectively giving up your right to appeal the sentence, absent an egregious error by your attorney or the court. The United States Supreme Court has consistently held that a defendant can elect to waive many important constitutional and statutory rights during the plea bargaining process including the right to appeal the sentence later.” findlaw.com.

That is maximum efficiency for the prison for profit system. In these cases, the perp is “court martialed” under Martial Law. One of the primary ways to measure the authentic greatness of any nation is simply to analyze a nation’s prison system. Next to Russia and China, the United States prison system is one of the most brutal and de-humanizing systems in the world with recividism rates of 80%. Truly a magificent failure. But what the hell, just follow the money.

Even for the less than ten percent of people charged and going to a jury trial, face an aggressive jury selection process that regularly leaves minorities facing predominantly white “non-peer” juries. “Prosecutors around the country routinely strike prospective jurors on the basis of race in all kinds of cases, and studies show that they usually get away with it. As a result, all-white juries remain common in criminal trials, even in communities with substantial minority populations. It is way past time to end this discrimination, which remains an obstacle to the realization of the jury’s role as a democratic and a representative body. This practice denies citizens the right to participate in trials as jurors because of their race. The lack of diversity diminishes the quality of decisions made by juries that lack different perspectives and life experiences. It deprives people accused of crimes of fair juries that represent their communities.” washingtonpost.com.

What is unknown to the American sheeple is that all prosecuting attorneys and defense attorneys in this nation have a singular job. To bamboozle and con-vince the poor people of color, and all shades in between, charged with a crime, to take the best “plea bargain” possible, otherwise, they could get convicted and get the maximum sentence possible from the jugdes. “Plea bargaining, we are told, is lawless. [A lawless nation is known as an ANARCHY. Please read my chapter titled, “Attorneys and Liaryers as Pirates and Anarchists.”] It “evolved in the unregulated interstices of our criminal justice system.” “American criminal justice backed into plea bargaining, and formal law has long been ambivalent about it.”). And it continues to be driven not by law but by power—the vast, unregulated power of prosecutors. Not driven by the law, but by power. Read those words over and over until you really get the gist of the brutality of such a legal system. So what happened to “We are a Nation of Laws?” That is hypocrisy at it’s best. Follows my Legal Principle, “Above all, you must maintain the appearance of upholding the law, while breaking the law.” That’s how you do it!!

“The starting point for virtually every discussion of prosecutors in the United States is their , ‘almost limitless discretion’ and ‘virtually absolute power.’” As plea bargaining scholars have long recounted, prosecutors’ ability to threaten inflated sentences, combined with their power to trade those sentences away for pleas of guilt, allows them to control “who goes to prison and for how long.” ColumbiaLawReview.org. This very discretion turns these men, Prosecuting Attorneys and Defense Attorneys, into sadistic, cruel thugs, who based on the mood of the day and the color of your skin, can throw you to the dogs, f@#ck the Law, or simply give you probation time. Power has a corrosive effect on psychopaths. Power drives men into the depths of Madness. Power is an evil poison.

“Law enforcement agencies have become too focused on revenue-generating activities. These activities have not only hurt minorities disproportionately, but strained relationships between police departments and the communities they serve. Fines, fees and forfeitures are tools that were intended to help officers fight crime. But because they also provide funding for police departments, they tend to be over-used. When the supposed defenders and protectors of a given society become the criminals, how can that society detect and then defend itself against this criminal cartel? When a society faces an “undefined enemy”, that society begins to blame itself for its shortcomings and begins to feel it is going crazy. A domestic enemy is the most difficult to identify simply because this domestic enemy poses as a servant and protector. This facade of “servant and protector” is extremely powerful. That is the task facing the American Sheeple in 2020. The domestic enemies and traitors are many and in out midst, breaking bread with us and sleeping with our daughters, or in the case of pedophiles, our sons. America is at War with the dark side of Itself. This Dark Side is invisible and ethereal. If America fails to confront this Dark Side, it will destroy itself from within as atonement for all of its sins of the past.

Among the most overused of these tools is civil asset forfeiture. Forfeiture allows officers to seize property that they believe may have been involved in a crime. This means the owner of the property need not be convicted of a crime – nor even accused of being involved in a crime – for the property to be taken.” Project21.org. That is how you spell, TYRANNY!! Hey, what happened to “Innocent until proven guilty by a competent court of law and a jury of your peers?” In fact, what the fuck happened to “Protect and Serve?” Ahh man, just wishful thinking. Shut up Fool! As always, follow the money in this nation.

Nowadays, the enrichment of the STATE is highly augmented with the use of Civil Asset Forfeiture. “Civil asset forfeiture is a legal tool [the term “legal” is a fiction and a fraud] allows law enforcement officials to seize property that they assert has been involved in certain criminal activity. In fact, the owner of the property doesn’t even need to be guilty of a crime: Civil asset forfeiture proceedings charge the property itself [in rem] with involvement in a crime. That is very convenient, charge the property with a crime. WTF??? How can a “thing” be charged with a crime? [This reversed the long standing principle of “Innocent until proven guilty by a competent court of Law.” Additionally, it turned upside down the principle of “habeas corpus.” If the LEO are charging a “thing” with a crime, how can a thing, which has no will or volition of its own, commit a crime against the body, “habeas corpus?” Charging a “thing” with a crime is sheer madness, but fuck it, just follow the money.

The new “red flag laws” being enacted across this country parallel this gross violation of law. Under red flag laws, a simple accusation is sufficient to have you be the subject of a SWAT team attack to remove your guns “for your own safety” of course. F@#ck the 4^th Amendment, in fact, f@#ck all of your rights, SLAVE!!! [LEOs love to gang-rape the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights have become the favorite ‘whores’ for the LEOs] brackets mine. This means that police can seize your car, home, money, or valuables without ever having to charge you with a crime. They charge the property [thing] with committing a crime. Hmmm, Doubleplusgood!!

There are many, many stories of innocent people being stripped of their money and property by law enforcement.” Jason Snead, Attorney. When the very institutions meant to “serve and protect” us, become duplicitious PIGS, the end result can only be a Totalitarian Dictatorship. Here is the great irony, totalitarian regimes create the best and most elaborate facades to hide their criminality. Like Hollywood, hiding it’s pedophilic nature.

Mel Gibson revealed some grotesque information about Hollywood before being “blacklisted.” [Hollywood studios are “drenched in the blood of innocent children” according to Mel Gibson who claims the consumption of “baby blood is so popular in Hollywood that it basically operates as a currency of its own.”

Hollywood elites (who are mostly Jewish by their own admission) are an “enemy of mankind continually acting contrary to our best interests” and “breaking every God given taboo known to man, including the sanctity of children,” Mel Gibson said in London, where he is promoting his role in Daddy’s Home 2, his most prominent on-screen role in years.

Mel Gibson appeared on the Graham Norton Show on the BBC on Friday, and he schooled shocked guests about the real nature of Hollywood elites in the green room backstage after his appearance.

Explaining that he spent the last ten years “working on my own ideas, outside of the Hollywood system” after being blacklisted by Hollywood in 2006 for sharing opinions about the industry and the world that run counter to liberal orthodoxy, Gibson said, “I don’t know how to break it to you gently… Hollywood is institutionalized pedophilia.

Civil forfeiture is code talk for TYRANNY by the STATE while hiding behind the facade of “upholding the law.” It is plunder of the productivity of the Sheeple. This follows the Legal Principle, “Above all you must maintain the appearance of upholding the Law, while breaking the law.” Tweed, Mayor of New York in Gangs of New York. When the Law as it is written and applied, results in violation of the Bill of Rights, the law then is immoral and carries no force, except when it is applied under the Law of Necessity, aka, the Law of War, aka, Martial Law. This follows the Mao principle, “Any and all fictions can be turned into a reality at the end of a gun barrel.” In any nation where the Law becomes the servant of Power and Commerce, that nation is in serious trouble. Such is the state of America. We live in an “invisible Tyranny” while overwhelmed by an tsunami of false law. “Where you find the laws most numerous, there you will find also the greatest injustice.” Arcesilaus, Greek philosopher and student of Plato on power and personal sovereignty. America is an open air prison where as long as you do not offend the STATE and become a target, you can roam the prairies where the buffaloes used to roam.

“To say that police departments are funding themselves with civil asset forfeiture is more true than you might think. Civil asset forfeiture has exploded since 1986, when total seizures were at $93.7 million. By 2005, this had passed the $1 billion mark. That was double the 2004 amount, $567 million. By 2010, this figure jumped to $2.5 billion with more than 15,000 forfeiture cases – 11,000 of which were civil, not criminal.

By 2014, this figure climbed to $4.5 billion, with $29 billion seized between 2001 and 2014. Between 1985 and 1991, federal forfeitures increased by 1,500 percent, an increase of over 26 times. The Justice Department’s forfeiture fund (that does not include customs forfeitures) ballooned from $27 million in 1985 to $644 million in 1991. By 1996, this fund grew to over $1 billion for the first time. By 2008, it had tripled again to $3.1 billion.” Ammo.com Surely, America is Dead. The Rule of Law is dead in Amerika!!

How do you spell TYRANNY in the commercial, military dictatorship? CIVIL ASSET FORFEITURE!!! A bit of an irony, you can also spell, “trannyy” with the same letters used in tyranny.

“Police function as predators in impoverished communities. They indiscriminately seize money, real estate, automobiles, and other assets under forfeiture laws. In this great country, Justice is supposed to be Blind.” Not only has Justice been blinded, she has also been handcuffed and lolligagged. And as a final insult, Justice has been gang-raped repeatedly by the United States Corporate fake “government” and its revenue officers, aka, LEOs, over the last few decades.

In essence, plea bargains are “private contracts” between the Masters [the PA and the DA] and the legally ignorant Slave. Plea bargains are based on coercion, deceit, threats, false inuendos, and mostly on the desire of the prosecuting attorneys and defense attorneys to clear the docket for their fellow conspirators, the so called “judges.” Primal fear is the primary weapon. “In a controversial 1975 article, titled “White Racism, Black Crime, and American Justice,” criminologist Robert Staples argued that discrimination pervades the justice system. He said the legal system was made by white men to protect white interests and keep blacks down. Staples charged that the system was characterized by second-rate legal help for black defendants, biased jurors, and judges who discriminate in sentencing.” crf-usa.org.

“Second rate legal help” would actually be a step up from the kind of “legal help” that minorities get in reality. “More than 90 percent of all criminal cases never go to trial. The defendant pleads guilty, often after the prosecutor and defense attorney negotiate. A 1990 study of about 1,000 cases by the U.S. Sentencing Commission found that whites did better in plea bargains. Twenty-five percent of whites, 18 percent of blacks, and 12 percent of Latinos got their sentences reduced through bargaining. The reason for the disparity was not determined.The San Jose Mercury News conducted a massive study of 700,000 California legal cases over a 10-year period. The paper reported in December 1991 that a third of the white adults who were arrested, but had no prior record, were able to get felony charges against them reduced. Only a quarter of the African-Americans and Latinos with no prior records were as successful in plea bargaining.” crf-usa.org.

Prosecuting attorneys (PA) and defense attorneys (DA) are the front line pirates, with the proverbial ‘jackboot on our throats’, and thus play the ultimate chess game with the freedom and lives of men and women, and are the real white collar criminals. These PAs and DAs are the consummate con artists dressed in their $1,000 tailored suits and wing-tip shoes. This kind of power must be intoxicating for these pigs. “A justice system which tolerates injustice is doomed to collapse.” Leonard Noisette, quoted in Reducing Racial Disparities in the Criminal Justice System (2000). crf-usa.org. “An injustice against one man anywhere, is an injustice against all men everywhere.” MLK. Corpor-Nations have no sense of justice, they serve only their own Hegemony.

Our so called “law enforcement officers” are now fully militarized, complete with body armor and face masks, jack booted thugs, much like the terrorists of past decades, and more recent thug organizations, like the Russian KGB, the East German thugs, the feared Stazi, the Israeli Shin Bet and Mossad, ISIS and al-Queda, and no name identification to boot. The STATE offers complete immunity for their actions while on duty. The STATE authorizes and incentivizes the murder of the “slaves” simply because slaves have no “human rights”, as they have the status of “civiliter mortuss”, a mere res, a thing.

Even the United Nations recognizes duties of LEOs in their RESOLUTION 34/169, of 1979, of the General Assembly of the United Nations: Codes of Conduct for Officials in Charge of Law Enforcement (December 17, 1979) which lays out the following canons:

Article 1.
Law enforcement officials shall at all times fulfill their duties under the law, serving their community and protecting all persons against illegal acts, consistent with the high degree of responsibility required by their profession.

Article 2.
In the performance of their duties, law enforcement officials shall respect and protect human dignity and uphold and defend the human rights of all persons.

Article 3.
Law enforcement officials may use force only when strictly necessary and to the extent required for the performance of their tasks.

Article 4.
Confidential matters of which law enforcement officials are aware shall be kept secret, unless the fulfillment of duty or the needs of justice strictly require otherwise.

Article 5.
No law enforcement official may inflict, instigate or tolerate any act of torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, or invoke the order of his superior or special circumstances, such as a state of war or threat of war, threat to national security, internal political instability or any other public emergency as a justification for torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. [Police/LEOs in the United States violate this paragraph every single day of the years against their fellow citizens.]

Article 6.
Law enforcement officials shall ensure full protection of the health of the persons in their custody and, in particular, shall take immediate measures to provide medical care when required.

Article 7.
Law enforcement officials will not commit any act of corruption. They will also rigorously oppose and combat all such acts.

Article 8.
Law enforcement officials will respect the law and this Code. It will also do when in its power to prevent any violation of them and to vigorously oppose such violation.
The officials in charge who have reason to believe that a violation of this code has occurred or will occur shall report the matter to their superiors and, if necessary, to any other appropriate authority or body that has control or corrective powers

Do you remember the definition of res-ident I provided in the chapter titled, “What is United States Citizenship?” Resident is a Latin word and reversed in syntax. Like “govern” and “ment.” Ment equals Mind, govern means control, thus “government” is actually, “ment govern” means mind control. Ident in Latin means “to identify oneself as or with”. Res means slave. A common question is this, “Are you a resident of the United States?” Ident res means “do you identify yourself as a slave?” That is why Latin is no longer taught in our school indoctrination system. Kids might actually how language is structured.

A constant state of fear must be maintained for the sheeple at all times. Fear short-circuits the higher cortical functions of the brain. A person in a state of fear is also in a survival mode, aka, the “fight or flight response.” In these states, adrenaline and cortisol increases and immunity drops, which weakens the individual’s immune system. On the slim occasion that these jack booted thugs are charged, they turn into whiny pieces of shit in front of the judge, shedding crocodile tears. The pseudo alpha male braggadiccio facade melts into a steaming pile of shit. “Your honor, I was in fear for my life, that is why I unloaded four 30 round magazines into this homeless person. “Uh, what is that your Honor?” “No, he was not charging me, he was running away from me.” “Pardon me your Honor?” “How far away was this person when I shot him?” “I had to put my scope on him, I’d say, 75 yards at least.” But like in Iraq, there were no actual weapons found on the dead person except the “throw away weapon” planted by the LEO. “Hill’s lawyer backs up this claim and says two Hugo detectives fired at least 26 shots into a stationary truck full of kids.” Matt Agorist. Three of four children were shot, one with severe brain injuries. This is so cowardly, it is beyond description.

According to the Gun Violence Archive, a nonprofit that tracks shootings in the US, 373 people died from mass shootings in 2018 and 1,346 others were injured.” businessinsider.com. What do these numbers mean? The po-po are killing unarmed people at three times the rate as mass shooters. WTF??? “Police are unaccountable militarized monstrosities that spread fear and terror in poor communities”, mostly communities of color that have been disenfranchised and discarded by the commercial system. Hedges, supra. This nation has pretty well reached the point where being “poor” is a crime, and being a colored poor is a “doublepluscrime.” “Instead it criminalizes poverty.” Hedges, supra.

As this nation empire spirals out of control into a frenzy of self-destruction, fewer and fewer law enforcement officers will even be charged with murder of the slaves. Section 1021 of the NDAA, authorizes the STATE to carry out “extraordinary rendition” [this is code for unlawful kidnapping or adult-napping] of U.S. citizens on American soil and all around the world, to be held indefinitely and without any charges whatsoever. In essence, the STATE reducing itself to a Banana Republic, with the concomittant tin foil dick-tay-tor. Did I hear you say TRUMP? Don’t mumble, speak up. However, always remember, we as a nation created and birthed Herr Trump.

Additionally, with all of the major spy agencies keeping tabs on our actions 24/7, the STATE has created a real time “electronic concentration camp” [Whitehead, A Government of Wolves]. “They [the STATE] sweep up our correspondence, tweets, web searches, phone records, file transfers, live chats, financial data, medical data, criminal and civil court records, and information in dissident movements. They store this information in sophisticated computer systems. Surveillance cameras, biosensors, scanners, and face recognition technologies track our movements. When a government watches you twenty four hour a day, you cannot use the word “liberty.” This is the relationship between a Master and a Slave.” Hedges, supra.

Political dissent and rational discourse is criminalized. The best manner to stop intelligent discourse is to shout as loud as possible, “Conspiracy Theorist here.” And of course, now our “drivers’ licenses” are microchipped with the best GPS chips available that provide real time tracking while we drive. Additionally, since 1969, the U.S. Supreme Court has sanctified the police officers of this nation, to lie, cheat, coerce and threaten perps to squeeze counterfeit confessions from them and imprison them without a trial by jury, Law School Case Brief: Frazier v. Cupp – 394 U.S. 731, 89 S. Ct. 1420 (1969). These modern “cowboys” now exhibit a reckless and perverse disregard for any law save their own personal aggrandizement and advancement. And the STATE loves them for it. A sheeple population in a state of fear and subjugation is best for any totalitarian regime, such as the United States. “Many police enthusiastically embrace these actions, seeing in them a return to the Wild West mentality that characterized the brutality of police departments in the 1960s and 1970s, when radicals, especially black radicals, were murdered with impunity by law-enforcement. The Praetorian guards of the elites, as in all totalitarian regimes, will be beyond the reach of the law. Our entire criminal justice system has become a gigantic revenge factory. “During the administration of President Bill Clinton, Democrats and Republicans passed a series of “law and order” bills that saw the number of crimes punishable by death leap to 66 in 1994. In 1974, there had been only one such crime identified in federal law.” Hedges, truthdig.com. Think about that, now there are 66 crimes for which you can be put to death, not just 1st degree murder. That is how you spell TYRANNY. To what level of insanity must a nation be reduced where this can happen?? Right now I am sick to my stomach and have tears in my eyes. How did we get here?? As always I revert to the penultimate question, Cui Bono? Sadly, in this country, always follow the money.

I would calculate that 90% of law enforcement officers were abused and mistreated by their own fathers and thus left a huge gaping “hole in their Soul”; Robert Bly, men’s group leader and celebrated author, stated, “When a father does not bond with his son, there is a vacuum created. However, Nature hates vacuums, this empty space fills up with Demons.” These are the Demons that the State is looking for in police recruits; had an indulging mother that emotionally incested, and cajoled, them to get their favor; and lastly, they were pedophile/raped by a male relative, cousin/uncle or such. And all of this was done “secretly” which resulted in a huge self-loathing guilt trip that damaged, or possibly destroyed, the self-esteem of that person. In order to survive the resultant self hatred, this person, male or female, had to engage in dysfunctional, hyperactive activities, like being the captain of the football team, being the top basketball player and the star track athlete or hero baseball player, virtually any activity that would allow them to hide their limitless shame. Or a playboy womanizer seducing as many virgins as possible to make himself feel good. Such a man measures external victories and uses that to convince himself that he has “quality” of life.
