Kamala Harris’ performance at Thursday night’s Democrat presidential debate has landed her in third place behind Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders, according to a new poll. The Morning Consult polled 2,407 registered voters on Thursday and Friday – the day of the Miami debate and the day after – and found that 12 per cent of Democratic primary voters listed Harris as their first choice for president. This represented a six percentage points increase over the research company’s June 23 poll.
