Lorana Writes the World – With Guest, Author Debra Rard Ledford
WATCH SHOW BELOW INTRO ARTICLE
By TLB Staff Writer and TLBTV Show Host: Lorana Hoopes
How many of you know what Fructose Malabsorption is? Well, I didn’t either until I chatted with Debra Rard Ledford, who has written a very successful book on it after being diagnosed with the malady. Talk about limited food choices! Nearly everything has fructose in it, which she cannot eat due to the malabsorption issue.
This, however, is not her only book. She has also written a book on beers in the Northwest. She and her husband traveled to every brewery in Oregon and wrote about the places and the beer. Talk about dedication. She has even written an addendum as several breweries have been added since the first book.
And she is dabbling in fiction as well. Debra was such a well-rounded guest with a great knowledge that you’ll just have watch her for yourself. I promise that you won’t leave disappointed.
