Celeta B. McCall is a proud veteran of United States Army where she served eight years active duty and continued to serve as a reservist in the National Guard. When you meet her you immediately learn she is a woman who is very serious about the direction humanity is heading in. We both agree, once a soldier, always a soldier. You will always find some kind of way to serve.
McCall is always seeking ways to get justice and care for innocent people. If you need an advocate she is definitely a person you want beside you. In 2011 14-year-old Jason Smith was found dead in an Eros, Louisiana Lake. His death was considered an accidental drowning but his body was found with no organs. This horrific possibility caught McCall’s attention as she took on the role as a voice for the deceased and his family. She spoke out against the lack of interest for resolve. Though the case was closed, after much determination and protest and literally becoming a human squeaking wheel, the case was reopened. For more information: https://www.change.org/p/united-state…. Still in Louisiana, Celeta McCall is faced with another crippling reality as people die daily of all forms of cancer to include her own husband who was also born and raised in Alexandria, Louisiana. You can learn so much about this unbelievable reality in the United States of America by reading her blog. It is shocking! She asks this question: CAN WE BREATHE CLEAN AIR, DRINK CLEAN WATER, AND GROW GARDENS IN CLEAN SOIL? Our people are dying from Cancer in Alexandria, LA.
Ms. Agnes Francisco of Alexandria has lost three family members of Cancer. Ms. Agnes will explain what made her start the fight for clean air, clean water, and soil. The area we are talking about is the southern part of Alexandria where there are about 50% African Americans reside.
In this area not only did Ms. Francisco loose family so do others. It is also very important to know that this also a low-income area of Alexandria which has no grocery stores or shopping malls. Most residents have to walk or take the bus, cab or get a ride to wherever they need to go. These are some of the things residents have to deal with on top of burying or fighting cancer.
I was very surprised at the death toll as of now is about 116 and people are still dying.

Though she is continuously out in the trenches she has a heart for her position as Minister of Marriage. She takes it very seriously when it comes to how we should exist in the world for sure shaking up is unacceptable. To McCall, if God wanted us to live without marriage, it would not have been mentioned in the Bible. She performs wedding ceremonies throughout the United States as well as funerals.
She has also volunteers for “The Turning Point Battered Women’s Shelter where she offers social services and process new clients to the shelter and other needed support. There was also a time when she put her advocate cap on and volunteered at CASA/Court Appointed Special Advocates of Rapides Parish. This gave her a chance to make sure when a child or children went into the Foster care system that their needs were being met and to monitor visiting hours with family members.
On the light side, Celeta B. McCall enjoys her platform as a radio host; WE SPEAK NEWS NOW a show that covers a variety of issues, interviews with experts on various topics asking the questions and getting the answers that may help her listeners. From this show, she goes further to host Shades of Us Radio Show with Kay Mac and Lee Lee where they discuss how you can Alleviate Stress. Yes, she is a very busy and productive lady who cares about humanity.

About the Host:

Linda has dedicated time to learning and helping soldiers and veterans manage Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as, being a registered member and speaker of “RAINN,” an organization supporting and encouraging victims of sexual assault.
