So what of consequence is being achieved in America today? Think about this! Not too long ago and for the longest time America was a place of and for innovation such as the world had never seen! In the areas of technology, manufacturing medical research and all the way to space exploration, we where the king on the hill … what has happened?
We now ride into space on Russian rockets, our mortal enemy a mere generation ago because we no longer have our own means to accomplish this. Our healthcare system, once the envy of the world is now almost totally under the control of an inept and corrupt government who’s only concerns are the accumulation and centralization of power, is failing badly. And our manufacturing prowess is evaporating at break neck speed to countries where profit is driven by what can only be considered slave labor … and no one even seems to care!
So what is the difference today? Americans are no longer anywhere near as free to innovate today due to rampant corporatism, crony capitalism, severe over regulation, excessive taxation and a seriously intrusive and overbearing government who picks and chooses the winners in-spite of their worthiness!
All of these are mechanisms that stifle the very innovation and competitiveness that made America such a technological and economic powerhouse unique in all the world! Unless We The People can rein in this monster of tyranny and regain our freedoms … “Nothing of lasting value will ever be achieved!”
They are all responsible.. Every President we have had in the last 20 years has been involved in destroying this country. It was Clinton who got involved with George Soros and Soros gave the DNC 500 million dollars. And what have other Presidents done that we are unaware of and will never know. I think the spying that has been going on has got many of the Republicans quite nervous. In fact I would guess that the Dems and their spying have so much info on the Republicans that they have to bow down and submit to anything the Dems want. They are all in it together. The amount of corruption in our government is so atrocious that we will never know the extent of it. They are putting all this out now to keep us running in circles and forgetting the big picture. We are soon to be a 3rd world country if we don’t stop the in-fighting and bashing Americans for their party affiliation. This is what they want and it is going to bring us down.
I think you may have some pre assumed misconceptions of Mr. Landry, Jonathan.
