We shall propose, finally, a global system of communications satellites linking the whole world in telegraph and telephone and radio and television. Kennedy was talking about weather control with confidence. In April of the previous year, The TIROS satellite had been launched from Cape Canaveral and equipped with solar power to send back images of “cloud formations”.

But developments in weather control had already been underway. In 1958 the military announced success with weather modification by sending powerful electromagnetic beams into the upper atmosphere using ionospheric heaters like the one at HAARP
The Space Age was advanced by operation paperclip following WWII, when NAZI scientists like Wernher Von Braun were put to work developing rockets for the United States.
But technical expertise was not all that was imported – operation paperclip ignited a fascist ideology in American policy that flourished with the support of corrupted heads of corporations who had supported Hitler’s Third Reich. As incredible as it may seem, weather modification to warm the arctic using nuclear detonations had been fashionably discussed by meteorologists and engineers for a decade but the nuclear non-proliferation treaties caused this concept to be abandoned.
Electromagnetic schemes were already under way to control the weather by altering the Earth’s atmosphere . Weaponizing the weather would provide the element of plausible deniability when the enemy (or victim) could not tell if floods, drought, typhoons, tornadoes or hurricanes were natural or “man-made.”
All the discussion and work invested in warming the arctic came to an abrupt end when an oceanographer Roger Revelle and mentor to Al Gore, announced that the arctic was in danger of warming.
The mystery of how the goal of deliberate climate warming was suddenly turned into a catastrophic fear of climate warming is poorly explained in the historical record.
Clues to the this enigma could lie in the growing fascist agenda that looked to the global authority of the United Nations as the “final solution” for mankind’s problems. Fear of melting icecaps could certainly oblige countries to forgo aspects of their sovereignty to solve the looming catastrophe of Global Warming. Blaming a trace gas like carbon dioxide would provide decades of political pressure on heads of state to respond with concessions. The challenge for the subversives would be to sell the “fear-of-warming” concept over the established concept of “opportunities-of-warming”.
The media obliged by repeating the fear of rising seas due to carbon dioxide so often that the history of benign arctic warming projects would melt away into a next-generation amnesia.
Meanwhile, the exotic electromagnetic weapons networks in place today don’t need CO2 to cause climate disasters. Covert deployment of chemtrails as weather modification machines is simply denied by Congress, media and all federal agencies.
Today the term of fear is “climate change” now that the data tells us the planet has not experienced significant warming for years even though PPM of CO2 is “reported” to be rising.
The terrorism of weather weapons, hurricanes, floods and droughts can now be inflicted and blamed on “climate change”. The issue of “warming” is no longer essential now that the network of electromagnetic weapons is in place and the Weather Channel reinforces the fear with coverage of events like three or four F-5 tornadoes in a row.
