Baby not in imminent danger!
Two week old baby Charlie, was stolen by the Missouri Police Department without a warrant or pick up order.
Baby Charlie was at his grandparents house when officer Kelley came and carried him off under false allegations that the baby was exposed to drugs in the hospital.

Under the Fourth Amendment police do not have the right to do an unwarranted search or seizure of property or people without a warrant.
The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures. It requires governmental searches and seizures to be conducted only upon issuance of a warrant, judicially sanctioned by probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized. It is part of the Bill of Rights and was adopted in response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, a type of general search warrant issued by the British government and a major source of tension in pre-Revolutionary America.

This was an illegal removal. The SAME officer illegally removed three other siblings 2 years prior. The Schaeffer family has been dealing with these illegal seizures since then.
