“Still in the testing stages”. Every time I hear this statement from some government “tool” I want to scream as I fantasize physical harm coming to them and their ilk. Repeatedly government puppet agencies such as the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) and NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) to name three, deny there is Weather Modification, Solar Radiation Management, Methane Mitigation, Atmospheric Geoengineering, Ionospheric Jet Stream Manipulation, Weaponized Weather, CO2 Mitigation….. the list goes on and on. Deny, deny, deny!!! Yet we can and DO see what is happening in the skies on a daily basis. One of the mainstays, besides denial, in the government shill tool chest, is name calling. We are labeled “tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorists” and “chemtards” BECAUSE they have no other tools for their denial and cover up. Taunting us is literally ALL they can come up with, well, that and government skewed lies and disinformation with just enough truth to be somewhat believable as they spew their lies. Personally, I can’t wait for the disinfo shills to come at me once this is published. Go for it, bring it on!! I don’t care! I KNOW what the truth is.
So the U.S. Air Force admits they may at some point “consider” using the ionosphere as a giant antenna for radio transmission. WHY?? WHY do we need our ionosphere being used for communication? Communicate with WHOM?? Other planetary beings? Intriguing. Communications across our planet itself? We have so many other methods of communication why risk destroying our ionosphere by injecting chemicals? I just don’t buy their explanation because it just does NOT ring true. We SEE it happening already. We SEE our sky appearing silver blue to blue white. Some of us are OLD enough to remember the sky when it was BLUE. We WATCH the planes spraying their persistent contrail/chemtrails, we watch them spread, we watch the white out happen and THEN we watch those “white out clouds” being hit by the HAARP, scalar waves and other electromagnetic frequencies and see them literally MOVE across the sky. Oh and by the way, they admit to one HAARP array in Alaska but indeed, there are nearly 25 across the globe, not to mention EMF towers and mobile units on ships.

Monsanto has purchased Climate Corp and has patents on aluminum resistant seeds. Interesting. There are over 150 U. S. patents regarding weather modification and it’s adjuncts. Even more interesting. NOAA tests the atmosphere to test for “metals”, though we do not have access to those results. The U.S. Military has stated they intend to “own the weather” by 2025. I’d say they are doing well in that regard. You see, I WATCH them “harvest” the water over Oregon and move it eastward. Just my imagination right?
These metals they spray above us, and not just the 3 mentioned in the below article, are poisoning us. People are testing positive for metals such as Aluminum, Barium, Strontium, Lithium, Cadmium and more, our behaviors are being affected, lithium nanoparticles, lithium being a psychoactive, and our planet is warming due to their “heating” of these metals. NOT due to rising CO2 levels as they propose. And why tax CO2? To PAY for their diabolical “secret” projects. There is no other reason.
I am encouraged when articles such as this surface. This means more and more mainstream individuals are taking note, and the more of us who SEE and the more AWARE we all become the greater the chance we can talk loud enough to be heard. And as I’ve said before, we outnumber the 1% who are perpetrating these crimes by at LEAST 99%. WE have the power, we simply need to believe it. (CG)

Despite the fact that nearly everyone living in the United States can physically view evidence of weather modification, the establishment continues to deny the government’s ability to manipulate various weather systems.
This is in addition to the fact that the U.S. government signed a treaty in 1977 prohibiting the use of weather modification as a weapon of war. Yet, chemtrails – a poisonous chemical mix including aluminum, barium and cadmium released from planes – are still considered a conspiracy theory by many.
However, the U.S. Air Force recently revealed a technologically advanced plan to detonate plasma bombs in Earth’s upper atmosphere using a fleet of tiny satellites to “improve the range of radio communications,” according to the Daily Mail.
Government: Sending ionized gas to Earth’s ionosphere could improve radio communication
The Air Force says it would use “CubeSats” to carry enormous amounts of ionized gas to the ionosphere in an effort to develop radio-reflecting plasma. The department says it has granted contracts to three research teams in the hope that they can develop the technology.
Because the ionosphere is denser and carries charged particles after the sun goes down, radio signals can travel further. The ionosphere is a layer of the Earth’s atmosphere that’s ionized by solar and cosmic radiation. It lies 46 to 621 miles above our planet, according to the Stanford Solar Center.
“During the night, without interference from the Sun, cosmic rays ionize the ionosphere, though not nearly as strongly as the Sun. These high energy rays originate from sources throughout our own galaxy and the universe — rotating neutron stars, supernovae, radio galaxies, quasars and black holes,” the Stanford Solar Center explains.
“The ionosphere has major importance to us because, among other functions, it influences radio propagation to distant places on the Earth, and between satellites and Earth.”
Air Force references controversial HAARP while discussing new technology to improve radio signals
Radio signal communications can be improved, however, by sending massive amounts of ionized gas to the ionosphere, says the Air Force, allowing them to create radio-reflecting plasma.
“For the plans to work, researchers must develop a plasma generator small enough to fit on a CubeSat, and they must find a way to control how the plasma disperse once it’s been released,” according to the Daily Mail.
An ongoing project at the University of Maryland is working to develop a plan that would “heat metal by detonating a small bomb,” using the blast to create electrical energy.
Similar efforts were made by researchers working with the High Frequency Active Research Program, also known as (HAARP), in Alaska.
Weather and jet stream manipulation
Scientists have attempted to develop plasma “using radiation from ground-based antennas to stimulate the ionosphere.” But the Air Force says its plan is much more efficient.
HAARP is thought to be the driving force behind weather and jet stream manipulation. Emitting powerful radio frequency signals into the atmosphere can be harmful to all life forms, says Dane Wigington of Geoengineering Watch.
“The dangers we face from global climate engineering are not only from the atmospheric saturation of highly toxic aerosols, but also from the constant bombardment of extremely powerful radio frequency signals that are also permeating our atmosphere from the clouds to the ground all over the planet.”
Researchers with the U.S. Air Force say their plan to detonate plasma bombs in the Earth’s atmosphere is still in the early stages. However, once the agency has confirmed what it believes is the best strategy, it will begin testing plasma generators in vacuum chambers and on space exploration flights.

I believe a new form of communication is being developed called teleportation by means of particle beaming information. The Deutch University was the first to successfully beam information but now many universities are experimenting to perfect the process.
I believe the plasma injections into our ionospher is a precursor to implementation of teleportation!
It has been stated that teleportation will be the wave of the future in communication industry. Please I the onset of particle beaming information/ teleportation because I think they are charging voltage our atmosphere to be a medium for teleportation as well as weather modification.
