Anxiety & Suggestibility – Keys to Manipulation

Anxiety & Suggestibility – Keys to Manipulation

By: Steve Cook (Great Britain)

Goebbels used psychological warfare very effectively in Hitler’s Germany and, during the world war that resulted, a great deal of research and testing was done at the Tavistock Institute in London, under the psychiatrist JR Rees, to likewise use psychological warfare against Germany.

After the war what was learned was then re-deployed for use against our own populations. Here is a charming little snippet from another Tavistock psych and arch loon, William Sargent:

“Various types of belief can be implanted in many people, after brain function has been sufficiently disturbed by accidentally or deliberately induced fear, anger or excitement. Of the results caused by such disturbances, the most common one is temporarily impaired judgement and heightened suggestibility. [emphasis added] Its various group manifestations are sometimes classed under the heading of “herd instinct,” and appear most spectacularly in wartime, during severe epidemics, and in all similar periods of common danger, which increase anxiety and so individual and mass suggestibility.”-from Tavistock Institute psychiatrist Dr. William Sargant’s 1957 book, Battle for the Mind

This is a very key quote and gives you an insight into the psychological warfare technique being used against us.

The trick is to hit people with a series of shocks – bad and alarming news, traumatic events, something scary, a survival threat, a possible epidemic , climate catastrophe, an invisible creeping menace, and so on and so forth, bang, bang bang.

The shocks, the fears, the dread and dismay tend to erode by increments the ability to observe and reason. People become more suggestible, more amenable to whatever insanity is then presented as the “solution” to the shock.

The shocking events are often real enough but the key is how they are then used by the totalitarian, the globalist and similar criminals as mechanisms for control and coercion. The Germans after WWI for example were sufficiently traumatized as to swallow Goebbels’ propaganda and be persuaded to persecute their Jewish countrymen. The Jewish people in turn were, understandably, highly traumatized and could then be persuaded to tolerate all manner of crimes by the Zionists and in the Middle East traumatized people make fertile recruiting pools for various terrorist organisations. And terror attacks on the West produce enough shocks for dismayed people to accept erosion’s of their freedoms that they would not otherwise save tolerated.

You can watch this being played out in the media and political pronouncements all the time. Read the morning paper tomorrow and you will see what I mean.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
